    One crucial error though...
Never put honey in boiling water, because it will just end up being plain white sugar.
You should be able to put your pinky in your tea for some time (that means the heat of the tea should be below 38°), or you will lose all usefull benefits of honey.

I did the Bruce Lee shake for years after reading about it The Art of Expressing the Human Body. I used the whole egg, with the shell which has great calcium and some very interesting joint regenerating effects. It was very nice. You need to use lecithin granules, not tablets with funky fillers and binders. Make sure you use plenty of water in it. Nutritional yeast tastes better than brewers yeast.
Bruce Lee also used bee pollen granules, and went through a phase of regularly including liver in his diet. A lot of his nutrition was done by his wife, whole got her ideas from Adelle Davis

Bruce lee was slim and fast because he was bruce lee: the diet he used, the lifestyle he lived was all targeted to who he was, it's customised to his goal. The most important thing about anybody with success is their mindset: how they set goals, how the organize themselves to reach them, how they work systematically to reach them, how they keep focus and motivation burning. At the end its part of their soul and of their belief, something only them can describe.
Everybody is different and the diet of somebody will not give the same results with somebody else. For genetic reasons and for environmental reasons: you don't eat the same in siberia and in the desert.

But in general if you are living in America at this day in age, you either have type one, or two diabetes... or you are active enough and have good nutrition and a balanced lifestyle. Lecithin helps to break down fats in your bloodstream before it reaches the liver which in turn helps the liver/gallbladder function. Supermodels take soya Lecithin capsules to cut down on cellulite, the lumpy fat that can collect under the skin. Helps with cholesterol. Great stuff.

Nice video. Bruce knew his stuff. He never did anything half-assed. He delve heavily into nutrition and combined what he knew to be the best information for his diet and his strength and conditioning goals. I assure you everything he put in there was for a distinct reason. You can put the brewer's yeast on top of salads or mix it in water or a juice like orange juice to try and hide the taste and keep it separate from the shake itself. Dessicated liver is also a very powerful form of choline and b vitamins as well as many other things.

Most body builders I know of eat a minimum of 4 meals, just because when you get over 300 Lbs of pure muscle whilst exercising 3-8 hours every Day, the body ends up cutting through Energy extremely fast.
Most of them eat up to 6, even 7 meals a day because the huge ones literally can’t go more than 2 hours sometimes without becoming nauseous from hunger.

Great video. When working with pills and not a powder form, it works best with a mortar and pestle. Same with the egg shells.
If you don't have that a hammer works well. Use a plastic bag like a Ziploc to keep the pills and or shells in one spot so they don't fly around every where. Using plastic also allows you to rinse with milk or water into the shake so you don't lose a bit of it.
I know they say what doesn't kill ya makes you stronger but maybe use a hard boiled egg. A little safer.
    Keep up the awesome work.

Me and my son have used this in the past minus the egg shells and raw egg as we just ate eggs when we wanted cooked as they taste nice. I have come back here to be reminded of what the ingredients are. The yeast and wheat germ I got was powder and the lecithin was grains like little balls. Let me tell you some facts from experience. It tastes like very poor, we nicknamed it the dogs**t shake. I felt faster, sharper, calmer and just all round energetic. The weird after taste of alcohol without the effects of alcohol from the yeast is strange at first. You think right I’ve just downed a pint (your brain thinks that) but yeah you feel great. It’s an expensive lot so once you get it make sure you use it.
No digestive issues no problems at all. In was deffo faster I know becouse I found it weird how fast I could move for my age. I’ve come back to gather the ingredients and I’ll be sipping on a DG shake soon enough. Be prepared to want to move quickly like an ache to just go!

    Great video!
In my protein shake I put creatine, inositol, TMG, potassium citrate, rapeseed lecithin, garlic, algae omega 3 oil, pea protein isolate, a banana, fortified soy milk and orange juice.
I choose pea protein isolate because I'm vegan and because pea protein is low in methionine and cysteine. (a methionine restricted diet is associated with increased longevity.) I think legumes and peas in particular have about the best amino acid profile.
Garlic is in there because allicin in garlic reduces the number of TMAO producing bacteria and supports cardiovascular health.
I use potassium citrate because it alkalizes the body, improves calcium balance and aids in muscle recovery.
The fortified soy milk contains phytoestrogens which improves bone health and muscle recovery and 17-alpha-estradiol (non feminizing estrogen) has been linked to increased longevity in male rodent studies. The fortified soy milk also contains calcium and B vitamins.
The orange juice makes it taste better, but also contains extra citrate in the form of citric acid, which counterintuitively alkalizes the body as well.
I may also add some taurine to this shake.
I also use nicotine patches as a nootropic and a bunch of other supplements like D3, niacin, Magnesium malate (I may replace this with bisglycinate), K2, CoQ10, hyaluronic acid, Ashwagandha, olive leaf extract.

Peel the inner sides of the banana peel and throw into mix for lots of extra nutrients. Organic honey (Tbs.) and powdered cocoa would be nice additions. Add some cold distilled water if the shake is too thick. Great video! Keep it up.

Lol this is the thing most people don’t understand. Most these days are consumed by Taste when it comes to food. It has to taste unbelievably incredible for most to enjoy it, but that means it is packed with Sugar, Sat and Fat, sometimes all 3 from multiple sources within one dish.
He was a Machine, Bruce Lee didn’t care about taste. He was only alive to Train and Become the Greatest man alive physically. He just wanted to prove how Powerful he could Become, and he did just that.

Boiling egg shells helps to break them down faster than they would raw. Maybe boiling, then letting them dry before powdering in a high power blender or grinder. Use a powerful grinder for things other than coffee: sweetener/erythritol, seeds, etc. The shell may still be gritty, so maybe skip it and a use veg-based calcium supplement w/ k2 instead.

Interesting. If I remember correctly, in Schwarzenegger book of bodybuilding he recommends taking lecithin granualas and brewers yeast with his protein shake. Choline and inositol were considered to be liver protective and were recommended in the old days of bodybuilding to get as a steroid cycle support. Lecithin is an emulsifier and helps absorb fats. It also supposedly contains or turns to choline in the body. So those supplements were really popular in the old days of bodybuilding as they appear on Schwarzenegger encyclopedia of bodybuilding.

Meal time is best at solar noon with the sun at its optimum height with our energy levels it makes sense then that your body has the whole day to properly digest so when sleeping (fasting ) your body has a chance to heal and grow as it's not working digesting , earing late if you sleep after is not good to over do , your body needs rest so fasting is essential through propper sleep or just throughout the day , don't always break your fast and get breakfast ;) wait till solar noon
