Klim has a great repair program, and great customer service

I don’t think their warranty program is what it used to be, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that was due to people abusing the system. That being said, I had to send my Stealth bib and/or jacket back in at the end of every season for a button, zipper, pulled threads, etc. There were times I was charged, and times I wasn’t. Every time, my gear came back done right and I had a hard time telling there was a repair. A friend of mine caught a branch a couple seasons ago with his brand new Tomahawk jacket which put a small tear in the jacket, and sent it back in for warranty repair. KLIM sent him back a brand new jacket, since the tear had damaged one of the reflective panels and they didn’t want t compromise the jacket’s safety features.

Very informative, loved the DWR part, was kind of confused about what it does and how it contributes to the "waterproofness" of the whole thing. Thanks for clearing this up!

Super helpful Dan!!! I was just about to wash my XLL Lochsa the other day and was trying to remember what Jason had told me about washing it. I can’t read so the tag means nothing 🤣. Keep the videos coming. Peace out ✌️

I was hoping you guys would go over staining. Specifically two-stroke soot. Are there any stain remover’s that we should use before washing

Good reference video. I’d imagine spraying avy packs is a good idea too? Does Klim do this to their bags when new??

I don't have dryer machine with heat feature. What should I do? Can I just hang it under the sun light?

I THINK it just have to be a DWR product, not a specific brand

Any type of spray on DWR will work, there are several different brands available.

That mannequin at the end is a little pudgy. Now I know why Klim gear has a a bit of a boxy cut
