My ass checked amazon everyday just to see if the release date would change from 12/31/2020. Seeing this upload made me smile
This makes a lot of sense I had it in my head that we were going to get it in 2020
But didn’t think it would be that late into 2020.
I had thought it would be maybe June or July of 2020 not too late into the year not too early..
But August seems like a good choice as well.
But... here’s the thing while I do believe that this is most likely legit you’re have to take into account that they could be console exclusive for a month or 2 so say ps4 gets it first then come August xbox one gets it.
Give devs time to notice any bugs in the ps4 version that might be in the others and fix them.
We should also take into consideration national sales it could be August 20th for idk the us but Europe has to wait till say November...
This doesn’t specify the region or if it’s an all around release window.
So let’s wait till we get an official overall release date for each console and or region.

It also makes sense to release it in the summer, it's a kid's game. Releasing a kids game in the summer means more kids have time to play it.

I think that is possible. I can imagine the game to be released, around the same time as songebob’s next movie or anniversary. I think 2020 is the safest spot to guess when the game is coming. Since it is a remake.
Target has accidentally leak the announcments and dates more so the year. And it was spyro reignited, but it was (spyro treasure something) and crash bandicoot fell with it too before hand too. And i believe it happened halo wars 2 i think. So target has a history with leaks

I think they should do it at least after Christmas has spongebob is having a huge event with its hour long of spongebob episodes and parties with Nick so i think that should be a good time to release this game. Remember this is just a remake so really it shouldn't take this long for this game to come out. Plus walmart and gamestop says 2019 still. So i don't know i think that would been a good selling point when again spongeob is having a huge even till the end of 2019.
