My mother is one of the last people to ever smoke pot but when she was on vacation in Colorado she had an edible for the first time in almost 20 years and knowing that she went there her job tried to screw her over because of it. If you're not doing drugs at the workplace nor are you coming in high/ intoxicated then it is absolutely none of their business what you decide to do with your free time especially when you are doing something that is legal in other states. If a serious accident is to occur in the workplace then it is understandable for drug testing to be administered in my opinion or if said person is claiming workers compensation after hurting themselves while intoxicated/high . but random drug testing is unjust and an invasion of ones privacy. If you aren't hurting anybody and are doing your job correctly and safely then it is none of anyones damn business what you do outside the workplace. Not to mention there is a ridiculous amount of false positives that people constantly deal with just because of over the counter medications drinks or even some foods. One day I hope that people finally come to their senses and realize this and join the many other countries that do not allow random drug testing.

Also detecting impairment is a biological limitation not a technological one. The human body doesn't process THC the same way as alcohol.

My company just started doing periodic facility wide drug testing about a year or two ago. The problem now is that everybody is failing them and they can’t just terminate everyone because nobody would be here to work. It’s a complete mess! 🤣 🤣

Really very confused here! I had to see a dr ONLY to get a slip for an X-ray order! I submitted a urine test, and was also asked to do a swab! I felt this was very strange to give both. I was NOT OBSERVED either! I will say that the swan never even touched my saliva! How in the hello could it come back positive? This is ludicrous! I don’t even use drugs.
This video has been up for years and I have a drug test coming up for a security job that I got offered and as a supervisor... I've worked in kitchens my whole life with drug addicts and alcoholics... and by some miracle got a tech job in 2019 now in 2023 they're laying every tech worker whos not an asian off and after close to 5 years of not working in the food industry I didn't wanna go back so I figured security would pay decent and offer decent benefits and yup the position I got was supervisor with no prior experience at 26$an hour working at a union place which offered me union pay and raises... ill be using the hydrogen peroxide method whereu brush your teeth and cheeks and gums and gargle the hydrogen peroxide 30 mins before the test... I let you guys know how it went when I do it..

I live in California everybody smokes weed out here, this is a bullshit test for the fact you can ruin your liver and drink all day and as much as you want but can’t smoke a bowl a day or occasionally smoke and get a job, California needs to take off weed from a drug test. U can tell (for the most part) if someone is high at work or smokes during work, but after work and how long weed stays in your system the process needs to change. It’s not fair.

Best thing to do guys is get clean. I couldn’t sleep the first night or Eat. After that I’m good. I workout everyday now.(I already do) but it helps.

John the swab test will only detect 48 hours. Most CBD products have more than the label states. We see people fail all the time.
