I would suggest wash your mouth with coconut oil... Since thc is oil soluble, it'll stick to the oil. After that wash off the oil with regular toothpaste and rinse. Repeat at least two times :)
PSA2021: I smoked constantly before getting the news that I would be getting swabbed the next day. I even smoked that very same day I got the email(like smoked minutes before receiving the email). I only had 12 hours to get clean so I needed to act fast. I brushed every inch of my mouth! Cheeks, tongue, gums, roof, under the tongue. Gargled mouthwash and 3% peroxide 3 times before bed and 3 times in the morning before my test and drank plenty of water and surprisingly I passed. P.s ALSO, not sure if they'll do this to you but when getting swabbed, they told me not to have the swab in my cheek. The swab will not grab as much saliva and the test will come out inconclusive. They told me to make sure the swab was under my tongue or between my bottom lip and gums. So BRUSH your tongue, under your tongue and gums GENEROUSLY. Get in there and really clean them. Also if you're still nervous leading up to the test. Just rinse your mouth out with some mouthwash and 3% peroxide outside the testing site before you go in. Best of luck!
It really does work, keep your mouth clean, especially just before the test, I also used 4 % hydroperoxide before the test and I past even though I was positive for opiates and coke.

I’m type 1 diabetic, I got a new job several years ago where I bounce between contractors often, making me susceptible to more pre employment testing. So I quit, for just about 3 years I quit. My hemoglobin A1C during that time was a steady 10-11. This past year I have fallen back into my ways of dabbling with the devils lettuce. And even with the munchies my A1C for the first time in a long time is almost normal. I feel better, I’m more outgoing. I guess the point of this post is there shouldn’t be any reason for using marijuana. If it benefits you as a person, then it’s going to benefit others surrounded by you! I think you should use peroxide and actually stop smoking for a day or two!

Just popped on a urine test today so they gave me a swab to send to the lab. Its Saturday and last usage was Tuesday for edibles. (25mg). Watched lot of videos and read info. Not sure If I count as a heavy smoker. I get 4 days off of work and usually smoke almost a gram cart for most of the days. Got a test at my job for dropping a phone scanner ( dumb as hell any damage over 200$ is a test no matter what ). I last smoked sun around 630 pm and got tested a little after 8 pm tues. I did nothing to prepare except I chew alot of gum all shift. I also live in ny alot of people are saying weed probably isn't even on the test. Employers can't pre screen in ny state. What if you rub the swab gently against your cheek for a second and then keep the swab from not touching any part of your mouth? Will minor saliva help decrease the marijuana levels?
They will say it's not wet enough with saliva. Either coaxing u to get it wetter or if u say u cant get it wet enough they might try to see the results anyway. It most likely will fail. They may send u to a clinic for a urine test instead. I say all this because its exactly what happened to me. But I couldn't get it wet enough simply cause my mouth was to dry.

I did nothing to prepare except I chew alot of gum all shift. I also live in ny alot of people are saying weed probably isn't even on the test. Employers can't pre screen in ny state. I do brush and mouth wash 1 or 2 times a day depending 🤣. Wonder if Ill pass they sent it to a lab should be about a week.

What if you rub the swab gently against your cheek for a second and then keep the swab from not touching any part of your mouth? Will minor saliva help decrease the marijuana levels?

If it’s just a regular mouth swab detection you will be fine. If it’s a lab tested though do what’s on the video.
They will say it's not wet enough with saliva. Either coaxing u to get it wetter or if u say u cant get it wet enough they might try to see the results anyway. It most likely will fail. They may send u to a clinic for a urine test instead. I say all this because its exactly what happened to me. But I couldn't get it wet enough simply cause my mouth was to dry.
