Former heavy smoker for almost 10 years, 6’3 280 pounds, drunk almost a gallon of water a day with shots of apple cider vinegar 3 times a day(morning, noon and night) changed my diet to fruits and salads and also ate before 6pm. As a European I think it's a joke on how common drug testing is for employers in jobs which shouldn't be checked.
But if you're going to test, then for sure test for THC ... it's much longer lasting than Alcohol or other drugs.

Thank you for posting this. I live in a legal recreational state, but a lot of companies will still fire you for testing positive (injury, accident, etc), so I had to stop. It really sucks because marijuana helps keep me present when I’m having an anxious, stressful day.

Apple cider vinegar pills, water, and no fatty foods or red meats and it’s very important that you sweat
So, i went from completely saturated to clean in 2 weeks.
I had a physical job that had me pouring sweat. Id unload semi trailers for an hour, go an hour without any activity, then unload another for about an hour. A 16-oz bottle of water after each trailer. Im 6'0 and at the time weighed 180lbs. Ive also found that sweating in a sauna helps in this way but not as well.
Potency is a factor also. That dispo weed hangs around forever! Reggies, not so much. This is my personal experience, take it or leave it.
Pass a drug test is so so EASY! It's well documented that THC metabolites are stored in fat... so the faster you burn fat the faster your body will get rid of those metabolites.
There are a few things you can do to speed up the process as well as flush or dilute your urine to a level that the labs wont detect it.
These are the steps I follow every time I'm due for a drug screen:
- Abstain from inhaling or ingesting marijuana (obvious enough).
- Eat a clean diet that is low in carbohydrates and sugar - A diet like this forces the body to metabolize fat (where THC metabolites are stored) instead of glucose.
- Drink lots of water and green tea - Having healthy amounts of both water and green tea will lower THC metabolite levels through their diuretic properties and cleansing of the kidneys. Additionally, hydration is a key factor for a robust metabolism.
- Exercise - This will speed up a person’s metabolic rate, burn THC metabolites and remove waste.
- Get a reputable detox kit like the one from totalcleanse.co ; I’ve used them successfully a few times now.
Hot baths 🛁 too, also shave you’re head and body hair weekly
10+ years daily user, mostly concentrates, 15 weeks clean (105 days) and still testing positive. I tested negative once but checked again a week later and it was positive.

@@AlaskanThunderF_cK if you drank a lot of water leading up to the test, especially right before, that water will just get peed out and its less likely for there to be traces of thc in it. at least that is my understanding. if you have too much water in your pee sometimes they make you test again
Perhaps your body fat percentage is low with better than average metabolism is how I can explain it. I'm 6'4 1/2,255 Ibs and my bodyfat is 10% which is lean for a big man. The average is like 20 to 30+%.

I'm 5'10 i was 225 lbs i went from that to 210 lbs in 4 weeks. Ive been testing positive for thc for over 4 months. I'm currently on probation and haven't smoked in the 4 months. Two weeks ago my po told the prosecutor now they want to revoke my probation since nothing was working i took a detox drink and pills 2 weeks ago and have been clean for two week and passed the two UA's. I was a heavy and lazy user id take like 3 dabs every 30 minutes since i got off probation last year. Before that i was smoking an oz every week and a half for about 8 years cause it was legal in my state and i had a job to support my habits.

I was a daily smoker for many years, smoking the finest weed in all of Las Vegas valley! I stopped smoking in May of this year. I took a saliva test for a job on August 9th and failed it. I was so confident that I’d pass because I hadn’t smoked in so long. Later on that day I took 3 urine test at home at they all came back positive. I was so surprised at the results. I was sent for an official urine test the next day and passed it with some Quick Fix that I had just in case. The moral of the story is that it’s in your system longer than you think, and if at all possible get some reinforcements if you need it!

For the avg pot smoker, someone who smokes two joints or more per day, it will take them 28-35 days of abstinence to pass a urine test. You will not need to excersize or drink apple cider vinegar etc etc. Just do not smoke and in 4-6 weeks you will be clean.

When I detox I have to stop cigarettes /sodas/fast food/artificially flavored drinks/fried foods etc. As a matter of fact this channel pointed it out in one of it's videos.
I think it may be the tar in cigarettes that acts like a glue. Tobacco stays in your system 2-4 days I believe but if you're steadily reintroducing it .....

Im a truck driver and rarely smoke. I had a hip replacement April 10th 2023. Instead of taking Oxycodone as it made me real sick I bought weed at the dispencery and some from a buddy. I bought total of 2 ounces. I stopped smoking April 26th 2023. Its Now June 7th almost 45 days later and im still dirty. I thinks its horrible that I had a major surgery IE total hip replacement, and i stead of taking prescribed synthetic heroin I chose a more organic route like Marijuana for 2 weeks. Im not ready to drive again and I can't because I will test positive and have to do the SAP program and have a nad urine Test on my record for 5 years. Whats really troubling is DOT does not look at circumstances such as a major surgery and while not working you smoke Marijuana for pain instead of hard medication that can cause serious addiction. I will be glad when oral swab come into play

6’0 160 vaped and dabbed heavily everyday for 3.5 years. Took 3 weeks exactly to flush pee clean. Did about 10 miles on the treadmill each week. Ate a lot more fruits and less junk food. Drank probably half a gallon of water each day
42 days out from last day of marijuana exposure and i failed a DOT drug test. Lost out on securing my dream job and have no opportunity to ever get it again. Don't trust the number of days. Get aggressive in clearing your body out and dont officially test until you can confirm you're clean. NIGHTMARE.

It can take way more than 2 months even 3 months for a person to pass a urine analysis. I found with exercise it can take longer simply because marijuana sticks to your fat so if your burning fat it’s going to take longer because you are releasing more thc in your system by burning fat.

I've been smoking weed for the past 12 years and quit recently about a month and a half ago. 8 years ago, I quit smoking to join the military and smoked everyday for two years before that. I was clean in 2 weeks and took a drug test at the national gaurd office, all I did was drink cranberry juice. I decided not to go into the military due to medical reasons and 2 months later I passed a urine drug test from Walmart. Fruit pectin (brand sure jell)
1.) Eat nothing but light crackers 4 hours before your test
2.) Drink two large glasses of hot water with lots of Surejell in them (hot water b.c it dlesnt mix well)
3.) Drink two more large glasses of room temp water
4.) you can pee up until 1 hour before you urine test.
5.) When you do urine test, still fill the sample using middle stream as the end and beginning are dirtiest.
The science behind this is the fruit pectin contains dextrose, which absorbs all of the THC from the bladder and moves it to your stool. This is a bypass that I have personally used a dozen times. It works regardless of body weights or frequency of use.

I’ve done this many times, you need Certo or Suregell, only works with actual flower or a dab, no edibles, but you take that and a large Gatorade and mix them really well and then chug it, pee before you drink it, and then next time you pee it will come out clean, time window for test is about 4 hours to pee positive

I stopped using so I can get my CDL's to legally drive and work my truck. Workout near daily and hydrate plenty. I avoid using anything these days except common vapes with no thc. Been almost a month sobriety and tested at home. The test was near negative with a faint line. No shortcuts. 5'9 160 to 165 with 15% body fat. Hopefully with a little more time my test will be fully negative.
I've heard of pickle juice being something that can be drank to pass a test, but haven't tried it. Also heard of sure jell to be something to help pass a test. I'm doing natural first before anything else while continuing to do workouts daily and hydrating.
I'm curious if cross contamination of some consumer goods that use marijuana in their products can cause failed tests. As more companies join the marijuana market there is chance of contamination.

I’m 6’ 170lbs. I smoked everyday almost for… 7 years, quit and it took me just over 2 months to get clean. I worked at a summer camp June & July this year, smoked one hit every other weekend. Came home and smoked maybe 2 hits a day for two weeks. I’ve not quit again to pass a test and it will be 2 weeks in 3 days and I’m dirty still 🤦♂️. The companies removing thc from their testing, but not soon enough for me to start!
I’ve took a blood test for thc for driving offence, last time I consumed cannabis was over 12 hours before the test and while I took the test I was completely sober. The police said they are going to measure my blood and see how high I was at the time I got stopped and if I’m below the limit it should be ok

The last time I smoked was on April 23 and I failed a pre employment drug test on June 5th which resulted in me being disqualified from a hiring process. I never took dabs or ate edibles I’d have a wax pen sometimes but mainly stuck to flower. I bought a couple of highly reliable home tests from a local pharmacy and took one of them today (June 28th) and it still came back positive. I haven’t smoked for over 2 months now and I’m still coming back positive I’ve actually never struggled this much with a detox as I usually am able to detox within 30 days if quitting. I’m 5’11” and weight 200 lbs but I lift weights and do cardio at the gym at least 5 times a week and even go in the sauna 2-3 times a week and drink plenty water. It’s kind of fucking with me because I just graduated college and really need to work. Anyone have any advice?

I've been learning from the medicine woman in the woods and she brought up detox with borax. She wasn't talking about THC and talking about detoxing your body.
Believe it or not I have already tried it and had no issues other than I've never tried it for a drug test . 1/8 teaspoon of borax in about 4 ounces of warm water, letting it dissolve before drinking. You can do this daily. also she recommends using borax water to shampoo and condition your hair or you can add it to conditioner if you choose.
I also know that active black charcoal tablets will absorb toxins, but it will also absorb vitamins so keep that in mind . Don't take your vitamins at the same time you're taking charcoal or charcoal will just steal it..
These are some natural ways you can try . I'm going to try the borax in the morning and then I'm going to do apple cider vinegar with water and honey. apple cider vinegar will also flush your system. I'm not much of a fan on the taste so I add lemon and honey.

I have done detox with Golden seal drops For a couple weeks, drinking lots of water. I've always been a heavy user often on.
I also used niacin tablets and you can get it with the non-flash . if you don't get non-flash, you will have bright red burning skin for a good half hour or so. Not cozy, but it works. By non-flash type.
I have also used fix it synthetic urine and yes, it does work. I don't like doing it that way, and would rather just flush my system.
With THC being legalized people shouldn't have to drug test for it just like nobody test for alcohol to get a job. The fact is companies still drug test for THC.

I did a urinalsis today the doctor said everything is good i smoke 3-4 blunts a day and they were not small. it's been 2 month and 27 days since i haven't smoked all i did was exercise daily and did nothing more soo I'd say exercise daily and once you do that you'll realize that your gonna go to the bathroom to deficate everyday and thats good because you don't sweat out or piss out as much thc as you would shitting daily soo excersie daily and trust me your good.

Hello sir. So I had a pre employment drug screening. It's probably been about 40ish days since the last time I used. But definitely more than 30. I'm 5'9 180. I've taken multiple home drug test. All with a negative result. I even went to an urgent care which also resulted in a negative result. The office were I had my pre employment test taken, sends out their samples to a lab for testing. I did one of no's I guess. and drink water before my pre employment test. My urine was more misty with a bit of yellow. But water is all I really drink though. juice and soda I stay away from because of the sugar. And I'm prone to diabetes. I guess my question is, do you think my sample will yield a positive result? Since it was sent to a lab? Are their tests different?

@mikey Rudon The truth is better than a lie. I'm having problems to and I stop smoking for real. I had to take a drug counseling course to get my C.D.L back. Cost me 600 dollars. It all depends on how long you have been smoking for and how old you are. It stays in your cells.
This is hard to believe. I was an extremely heavy user for years. I stopped smoking for like 3 months and tested negative. I'm currently waiting the results on a recent test, taken for employment and I've been clean for 40ish days all my home test plus a test I took at an urgent care all came back negative. So hoping for the same with the employment test.
