First she needs to counter Cams while running and be silent on cams, its incredible that shes not even good at the only thing her gadget does. One idea I like when it comes to Sens is that whenever enemy would walk up to the screen, the segment that they walk up to would light up fully red. It wouldnt be perfect wallhacks, but still an indicator that someone is there.
To add to Lesion not being nerfed, his gu mines also can’t be hacked anymore which was big to me as a Lesion main. This update really did make him truly balanced, impacts really did make him a big too rushable. Definitely still the best trap & Intel opp imo.
Here's a strat I like doing that now works with Lesion: Step 1: set any gadget that works best when close by a doorway, such as the gu mines Step 2: sandwich it between the doorway and an observation blocker. Now droning attackers will have to deliberately stop moving to peek at the potential hazards, opening a window for drone denial Lesion being able to do this means the gap between the door and blocker can be much tighter, but I've also gotten decent results with Jaeger, Alibi, and Cav.
I had a wild idea for Nøkk, her cloak is a bar and every trap she runs past while cloaked is disabled and you recharge the bar by pinging traps and cameras
My idea for Sens could be a bit op but will def help to bring them up more often. Basically, while deploying their wall, they make sound behind it a bit muffled, not completely gone but just harder to understand what’s going on behind the wall - only works from the receiving end so attackers will hear clearly everything past the wall while defenders won’t be able to
Ubisoft won’t make nokk immune to traps. Her ability revolves around undetectability from observation tools. I think the since Ubisoft is too scared to make her op and we as players want more from her gadget a good middle ground would be 30 second ability use 20 second cool down as well as bringing back silent step but this will only work for observation tools and players will still be able to hear her footsteps. This would buff her and make sure players aren’t getting frustrated from having no queues to her presence like when she did have silent step.
It's not that they won't do this, more so that for some stupid reason, a majority of people didn't want that. In a testing ground, they removed her silent step and replaced it with immunity to proximity-based gadgets in the testing grounds at one point and people made it clear they would have much rather kept her silent step. In all honesty, immunity to proximity-based gadgets with the sheer number of them present is perfectly fine and she doesn't need silent step.
By the way, there's a thing called gadget blindness. Almost everyone in this game has it. No one looks for gadgets unless you're in higher ranked areas
Sure, Iana is a support op, I can get on board with that, but her primary gadget is intel driven not utility clearing/disabling. Give her claymores, so she can more safely use her clones. That’s far better synergy to her primary gadget than anything else.

impact change is actually pretty big as it nerfs solis a bit, shes no longer able to just throw a couple impacts at the plant to stop it without needing to land a shot too

I think a great change for Sens would simply be that it acts like Aruni's Surya Gates. Anything and Anyone that touches the ROUs gets destroyed and/or takes damage, but that layer of the ROU gets destroyed. Just like Surya Gates, teammates can stand in and walk through the ROU but if that happens then that Layer of the ROU will be temporarily disabled. This means you can use Impacts, Nitro Cell, Smoke's Gas Grenades, Grzmot Mines, Gu Mines and all other throwable gadgets to disable/destroy parts of the ROU, but you can't send it through the ROU to destroy stuff/kill players on the other side. This also includes Tachanka which would make Tachanka a decent counter to Sens as well (even though he already is). Also increase the height slightly so it's even harder to get Nitro Cells over it but not impossible. This wouldn't make the ROU an S Tier gadget by any means but at least it would actually give Sens some unique utility rather than acting like thin smoke grenades with more counters.
Buff oryx a little more, maybe dont give him a cooldown? He's EXTREMELY loud while dashing so being able to flank even quicker would be nice. Or even damage reduction from dashes, a 5 damage penalty is so weird to me idk
Yeah dude, Oryx is so trash I feel like he deserves a buff. I think that at the very least not taking damage from dashing through walls would make him at least somewhat decent

I think Oryx should be able to climb every ledge not only hatch. I think it might be good buff since not every map got ledge to climb but it could be really strong in map that had ledge.
Nokk has been my fav over a year now, I guess this is not much of a deal. Player still can't hear her steps while HEL presence is activated. She is not exactly a hound like ops who hunt down players. She is more likely to detect threats and a threat to Intel gathering ops.
Nokk is a simple fix. If her ability is active she can't trigger anything. Screamers melusis ect. But don't let her have silent step at all . If that is to strong shorten how long it can be activie. The you timing your push while making her solid op what is the problem with doing that
True but lets not act like siege hasn’t gotten progressively worse. In order to combat the skill gap they nerf operators and guns, etc. Rather then reverting back to the old stages of siege and old rank system that actually worked
The initial damage is perfect, nothing wrong with it really, it just punishes you just like every other trap, it’s super easy and simple to see, so running into it is your own fault, especially with how insanely loud they are when deployed
One idea I had for Sens is you can throw it on a path, but it doesn’t automatically activate, you trigger the wall activating. Always hate rolling it and it not rolling the way I expected and now there’s a wall I don’t want. Would be cool to roll it, see the way the wall is going to look, and then activate it when I want.
i like the non invisibility but idk why 20-25 especially in quick play where people instant rush and the 10 seconds to recharge major in those situations i dont think that he shouldve been nerfed
Small thing regarding Lesion, the removal of invisibility for his mines *was* a nerf, but it was a very very small nerf compounded with several buffs, making it a pretty large net buff overall. I think after this nerf he'll be in a much better state, but still strong as a defender, seeing as it's also a pretty small nerf, slight damage reduction, they take a little longer to charge, and no impacts... not really that big of changes tbh lol. Also I agree, i think the initial damage should be removed. It's there for "urgency" (for the attacker to remove it), but you still get that if you have the audio and visual cues. And I think Nokk should get that original buff they talked about years ago, going through electrical traps like kapkans and melusi's without setting them off. The upset over Iana's change is silly... you can still entry frag with her, flashbangs are NOT the make or break there -_- chill out lol. Small Oryx buff is good, should've been a thing from the jump in hindsight imo. Sens... needs an actual buff or maybe even a rework at this point... Kibas should be weaker still, wasting a full mag and then some (with ANY weapon) just to clear a single object that's *not even bulletproof* is dumb asf imo. Impact changes are good, people are overreacting about it just like Lesion and Iana imo. You can still do the things you could before, it just takes a teensy bit more skill. On the topic of Sens, defenders passing through it. It should be like walking through Ferir's FatNatt (F-Natt mine) but blue. And only for a couple of seconds. Like 2-3secs tops. That way, you can't just swing through it instantly seeing what's on the other side, unless it's right up in your grille.
I think the Nokk rework/buff that no longer activates tramps while using "Hell" ability would be pretty strong (as a Nook main that'll be sick) , but she certainly needs something else rn, silence step removal was a huge nerf, maybe not the entire rework/buff idea but giving Nook the silence step back and 15 sec cool down for 30 sec ability use would be good enough. Tho I'd like to see something like not activating traps but delivering some sort of notification or something to balance the idea of being immune to traps on "Hell"
I genuinely think sens ability should be a permanent wall instead of the 10 second timer. I feel like that would make him far more interesting and ive been wanting a way to cover doorways as an attacker for so long. This could be the solution and it would make sense as to why impacts can counter it. And you have to play it smart because if you throw a sens poorly, it could mess up your team more.

The kiba are weak imo. If they wanna keep them not bulletproof, make them a commitment to break them. Dmr's break them like they aren't even there, ar's dont take much ammo to break them, and lmg's can break multiple per mag. And thats all just with 1 op shooting them out, you get 2 ops on it and the kiba might aswell not have even been placed. For an op with a terrible win-rate and that isnt even picked that often, she shouldnt be getting hit this hard. Its incredibly easy to just shoot out a kiba from a safe angle and make it useless. Even if she tries to swing off of a kiba, you're already aiming next to her head. It's not hard to just tap her and finish off the kiba. They needed to buff the hp of the kiba's and lower how many she has. Give some reason to pick her cus her gadget is borderline useless. With a competent team, she's just a worse tachanka.
Nook nees a good change fr. She low key one of the coolest characters. I was thinking making her a 3 speed so leas noise and more distance covered with gadget, a good gun or something else. Anyone have any ideas ?
Clash has been the worst performing defender for AGES yet they don’t touch her. For example they could buff her movespeed to regular 3 armour when unshielded? Her ability isn’t too weak her gunplay is.
I do think Test Server Nøkk where she was immune to all gadgets was absolutely egregiously overpowered. But that being said, a middle ground where she was resistant to gadgets would be nice. Like perhaps her ability makes the enemy gadgets malfunction and that's why they don't work as well. So like she moves twice as fast through Banshees, she can see twice as far through F-NATT's, she takes half damage from Kapkan traps. Alternatively, and this kind of goes against her gadget's purpose but this works for balancing, perhaps she is immune to all gadgets but when she gets in range to activate a gadget she gets marked like Deimos for a few seconds. Yes, I know her gadget's whole point is to not get marked but perhaps she is like, "this is a middle ground I am willing to take if it means I can ignore traps". I just think it would be terribly unfair if she could walk into site with nobody noticing unless they were watching the angle or had Solis/Frost, that would defeat the whole point of setting up traps and go against Siege's design, so having a trade off goes a long way.
What if Sens gaget was able to be polited like a drone. Hear me out you can throw his gaget and leave it on auto pilot, basically doing what it does right now, but if you hold the gaget to charge up you can for a short deration control where the gaget moves until it runs out of line. Instead of wild unpredictable pathing you can as sens give a controled mobile smoke cover for your team. But another idea is if an defender qere to run threw his gaget it disorients them like fenrir, except it not that you can't see your visions gets wanky for a few seconds, like dizzyness. These are just a few idea i had qhen thinking of how to mae Sens gaget better or more meaningful.
Nokk doesnt even need silent step or a better loadout of anything literally just let her gadget by pass all traps like melusis gu mines that all she needs n she will be so op and good
The main reason why iana mains using her as entry feagger because her gadget is barely useful as intel gatherer, ffs a drone is far better than iana holo, and by removing her lethal secondary gadget is left her only with her gun, if the gun also get nerfed idk what to say If she needs a rework i have some ideas on her hologram -you can leave the holo on and the holo will keep moving on straight line like flores drone -the holo will not have physical body, like you know its a hologram its a light projection, so why tf bother to gave it sound step, and if someone walk past it, they should pass through. -the hologram's drone that project the holo would be placed on top of the holo, so the holo wont dissapear before the defender shoot the head

In my opinion Lesion is in the best spot he's ever been in. I couldn't stand lesion when he released up until they nerfed him a while back. Now he's so versatile and fun to play and I don't mind playing against him as much as I did back in the day. Observation blockers will be a nice addition to his kit, and he'll still be strong with the nerfs.

Also when you are comparing Lesion mines with Kapkan traps you gotta remember that Kapkan traps are built on initial damage; It's instant unlike Lesion mines which have a little bit of initial damage + consistent damage; The initial damage of Lesion mines is perfectly fine because you get value from enemy to just get hit by it and it's even more balanced now that they nerfed recharge time for mines so you can't stack them aggressively as soon as you could before, Also the main reason that you would've brought Impact grenades was to keep yourself more comfortable for dealing with shield ops, Osa, impact tricking and many other reasons and it wasn't only for making rotation. It's alright that they removed the impact grenade but they could've given a better replacement like barbed wire for more Lesion shotgun plays or for barbed wire and mine combo, like observation blocker for him seems useless compared to others ops that have it like Jager,Maestro etc unless you would want to bring them for your Anchors.
Lesion is still strong. Still have the gu sound qs. Still have the shotty for site set up. Now he’s got a bp which a lot of people should use more. And one of the easiest smgs to control

Nokk needs 10 src ability, immune to all electronics. If turbo hits her, it disables. Emp cameras that get her randomly also disable it.

On the topic of Sens, defenders passing through it. It should be like walking through Ferir's FatNatt (F-Natt mine) but blue. And only for a couple of seconds. Like 2-3secs tops.
That way, you can't just swing through it instantly seeing what's on the other side, unless it's right up in your grille.
I think they could do nokk so she’s buffed to be not pinged by any proxy gadgets like melusis, proxys,fenrirs, just like most things with aoe

I think the Nokk rework/buff that no longer activates tramps while using "Hell" ability would be pretty strong (as a Nook main that'll be sick) , but she certainly needs something else rn, silence step removal was a huge nerf, maybe not the entire rework/buff idea but giving Nook the silence step back and 15 sec cool down for 30 sec ability use would be good enough. Tho I'd like to see something like not activating traps but delivering some sort of notification or something to balance the idea of being immune to traps on "Hell"

I genuinely think sens ability should be a permanent wall instead of the 10 second timer. I feel like that would make him far more interesting and ive been wanting a way to cover doorways as an attacker for so long. This could be the solution and it would make sense as to why impacts can counter it. And you have to play it smart because if you throw a sens poorly, it could mess up your team more.
Fenrir should get 3 dreads that are always on. Nokk should have silent step. Lesion is not over nerfed.
bringing back silent step for nokk would be literally the only buff she needs. nobody would play her still, because her guns are ass, but there would at least be a decent reason to play her
Fenrir and Solis are either always banned or always picked. They are very volatile operators and need either a big nerf or rework

The kiba are weak imo. If they wanna keep them not bulletproof, make them a commitment to break them. Dmr's break them like they aren't even there, ar's dont take much ammo to break them, and lmg's can break multiple per mag. And thats all just with 1 op shooting them out, you get 2 ops on it and the kiba might aswell not have even been placed.
For an op with a terrible win-rate and that isnt even picked that often, she shouldnt be getting hit this hard.
Its incredibly easy to just shoot out a kiba from a safe angle and make it useless. Even if she tries to swing off of a kiba, you're already aiming next to her head. It's not hard to just tap her and finish off the kiba.
They needed to buff the hp of the kiba's and lower how many she has. Give some reason to pick her cus her gadget is borderline useless. With a competent team, she's just a worse tachanka.

Clash has been the worst performing defender for AGES yet they don’t touch her. For example they could buff her movespeed to regular 3 armour when unshielded? Her ability isn’t too weak her gunplay is.
I do think Test Server Nøkk where she was immune to all gadgets was absolutely egregiously overpowered.
But that being said, a middle ground where she was resistant to gadgets would be nice. Like perhaps her ability makes the enemy gadgets malfunction and that's why they don't work as well. So like she moves twice as fast through Banshees, she can see twice as far through F-NATT's, she takes half damage from Kapkan traps.
Alternatively, and this kind of goes against her gadget's purpose but this works for balancing, perhaps she is immune to all gadgets but when she gets in range to activate a gadget she gets marked like Deimos for a few seconds. Yes, I know her gadget's whole point is to not get marked but perhaps she is like, "this is a middle ground I am willing to take if it means I can ignore traps".
I just think it would be terribly unfair if she could walk into site with nobody noticing unless they were watching the angle or had Solis/Frost, that would defeat the whole point of setting up traps and go against Siege's design, so having a trade off goes a long way.
What if Sens gaget was able to be polited like a drone. Hear me out you can throw his gaget and leave it on auto pilot, basically doing what it does right now, but if you hold the gaget to charge up you can for a short deration control where the gaget moves until it runs out of line. Instead of wild unpredictable pathing you can as sens give a controled mobile smoke cover for your team. But another idea is if an defender qere to run threw his gaget it disorients them like fenrir, except it not that you can't see your visions gets wanky for a few seconds, like dizzyness. These are just a few idea i had qhen thinking of how to mae Sens gaget better or more meaningful.
Nokk doesnt even need silent step or a better loadout of anything literally just let her gadget by pass all traps like melusis gu mines that all she needs n she will be so op and good

If she needs a rework i have some ideas on her hologram
-you can leave the holo on and the holo will keep moving on straight line like flores drone
-the holo will not have physical body, like you know its a hologram its a light projection, so why tf bother to gave it sound step, and if someone walk past it, they should pass through.
-the hologram's drone that project the holo would be placed on top of the holo, so the holo wont dissapear before the defender shoot the head

In my opinion Lesion is in the best spot he's ever been in. I couldn't stand lesion when he released up until they nerfed him a while back. Now he's so versatile and fun to play and I don't mind playing against him as much as I did back in the day. Observation blockers will be a nice addition to his kit, and he'll still be strong with the nerfs.

Also when you are comparing Lesion mines with Kapkan traps you gotta remember that Kapkan traps are built on initial damage; It's instant unlike Lesion mines which have a little bit of initial damage + consistent damage; The initial damage of Lesion mines is perfectly fine because you get value from enemy to just get hit by it and it's even more balanced now that they nerfed recharge time for mines so you can't stack them aggressively as soon as you could before, Also the main reason that you would've brought Impact grenades was to keep yourself more comfortable for dealing with shield ops, Osa, impact tricking and many other reasons and it wasn't only for making rotation.
It's alright that they removed the impact grenade but they could've given a better replacement like barbed wire for more Lesion shotgun plays or for barbed wire and mine combo, like observation blocker for him seems useless compared to others ops that have it like Jager,Maestro etc unless you would want to bring them for your Anchors.
