    That is all wrong.. There is no proper HR management in many companies especially hyderabad based companies.. How come employee only to do all such things while he is busy in technology and project. Why rmoloyee should maintain good relationship with HR instead company.. Company should be proactive to safeguard employees..Just bakwas..local IT Companies are eating margins as long as billed else terminating them as recession reason

    But idi 100% true kadu sir nenu chala proactive ga try chesina naku e project raledu. When asked previous manager said you have kids you are waste🤣
    Later hr forced me to put resignation 😂😂😂

    So these 1.5 to 2 months no new project will hire me? As I will be going on maternity leave or can they terminate me as I will be on bench..please let me know what will be the process..Iam having 12 years of experience..This is my second company..In first company I worked for 11 years and had my first baby..Now Iam pregnant with second baby..

    Hello Sasidhar..During my project renewal this year June..My company didn’t get the project for this year..so they are removing resources and Iam the first one..Iam 6 months pregnant now and they removed from the project now..I informed that Iam going on maternity leave from August and this happened
