    I have done this surprise attach when I resigned in my previous job. Even my manager was surprised with my move, on how i maintained my calm composure attitude.

      After I worked In 4.10 years in MNC based financial company, 50 days back I joined in new company as a assistant manager.
      My boss in new company targets me personally, I have doubt on my team manager as he will terminate me intentionally. Manager also not helping me in difficult times. Team also not helping me learn work.
      So what I do in this situation?. Pls help me

    IT motham mostly hell ayyipoyyindi, just new devil or old devil. If Manager is working hard and polite, most of the people support even if the environment is toxic. Very rare selfish people quit.

    I have already escalated about my Salary Hikes. from past 4 years he has been taking personal grudge on me. I am a top performer in my team and get the least hike.. finally I made up mind this year went to HR.. what I understood was.. my manager is in regualr rapport with the HR. He has already created an opnion on me. they started explaining we are paying as per the market standards and company is expecting something more from you.
    they didnt even review my performance though i was insisting to review.. I have taken roughly 3 to 4 days times to consolidate all my performances and achievements from past 3 to4 years. they didn't even look at it..
    Any suggestions

    sir what you said is quiet reasonable but what can an employee do if his manager sets his rehire option as no even after good performance in notice period , there is no proof for employee to display that he has completed all the assigned tasks in notice period.

    I am leaving my company because our new boss has created a very toxic environment I do not get a release and hence resignation was the only way.
    I still have 14 working days till my last working day and these are going to be the longest 14 working days in my life.

      Summary is, be normal during notice period, manager can untick re hire option so that you can never come back to the same org.. also it's good to go on positive note..

    Hi bro i currently working in cts and i have joining date in tcs is 12 may. I have already resigned in cts and they accepted my resignation but they asking me to serve notice period. Can i abscond and join tcs.. is there any problem. What should I do now.
