- Jon Venus was once known as a vegan fitness influencer but he has decided to go back to eating animal products. Jon has gotten a lot of criticism for this decision and he has now made a post on social media going over his reasons for making the switch claiming he was worried about not getting enough vitamins and minerals and he also claims that he is noticing some health benefits from eating meat and animal products including better skin and joint health. In this video I debunk more of Jon Venus's health claims.

I get the feeling Jon Venus gave up veganism out of desperation. The vegan content was not getting much views on his channel and his income must have suffered, while his expenses with his family must be high. This move got him the attention he craved. People on the carnist side get more support as the vegan haters are more supportive and outnumber the vegans who are willing to donate to vegan activist or vegan athletes. Sad.
Yeah I personally used to be subscribed but wasn't watching him. To me he doesn't have much of a personality going on, just like your typical cheerful "lifestyle" youtuber.
Anyone can hate Vegan Gains all they want but you can't deny he's charismatic and pretty damn unique, almost in any way.

Only retarded people think of a miracle diet that will make them feel perfect all the time. Stress and bad thoughts can influence one's energy levels. Perhaps their diets shall include cocaine because it most surely make them feel amazing all day.

That's exactly what I though when I first saw it. Let's see... I must choose the most unflattering artificial lighting that shows every pore on my skin and shoot the photo with the widest lens possible so that my facial features are all deformed and out of proportion. SNAP! That would do it and shut them up, hehe. 😏

Just like Boobys Perspective using his photos after a thirty odd day juice fast as an example of his Vegan malnutrition, yet post his fast he got buffed eating Vegan (mainly raw vegan), then switched to carnivore and became an anti Vegan activist....
A month from now he’ll upload a flattering picture saying how his condition improved after dropping the vegan diet.
He looks completely normal to me. I don't get it.
Jon is also being deceptive when he says “my family.” Leo posted an IG story of him going to what looks like a family reunion. In the story, he states explicitly that his brother, parents, and (potentially grandparents?) are still vegan and that “we do not agree with Jon’s decision.” The story either expired or was taken down pretty quickly because I couldn’t see it again. So Jon, Katherine and his son aren’t vegan, but his nuclear family still is and don’t agree with him.
katherine's family are hunters and have dead animal victims' heads hanging from the walls in every room of their house apparently :( when Jon Venus made this video claiming he is "more vegan than anyone he knows" there was literally a dead victim's head hanging from the wall behind him

I think this has a lot to do with her wife’s family. There must be a lot of pressure from them if they’re stubborn meat eaters, considering the new child. I bet those undisclosed “health issues” he mentions are just family drama he and Katherine had with her parents.
I remember one of his grandfathers is a sheep farmer in Norway though? What gives you the idea that the grandparents might be vegan?
His wife was also saying on Instagram, that grass fed beef causes less animal suffering than veganism. And she says its more environmentally friendly and sustainable. My eyes rolled back so far back, I almost had a seizure 🙄

Eating turmeric (with fat such as avocado to increase bioavailability) does wonders for inflammation and joint pain.
I think one possibility is that Jon is very focused on aesthetics and panicked when he saw normal signs of aging--imperceptible for most people except for him, and chalked it up to veganism. He doesn't seem too bright as well.

I've been a healthy vegan and an unhealthy vegan... "I feel like shit" isn't because the vegan diet is bad, you just need to eat better food, more whole foods. So stupid.
Exactly. I had an unhealthy phase, but it was because I got lazy and was just eating loads of processed shit.
Now every meal I eat I cook myself with fresh whole foods.

His brother Leo just said in a live video that all of Jon's reasons for quitting veganism are irrational, they didn't have any health issues. He was and still is, under pressure (probably from Kathrine's family) and other people around them.
