    Fantastic episode with Bishop Strickland. Thanks.
    I need to second his opinion regarding Catholics wanting to leave the Church. That is certainly not what the Church needs. What we need is for all the faithful Catholics to become saints. That's what would help tremendously the Church.

May the good Lord continue to bless and protect the humble and holy BP Strickland. If only we had more prelates with his simple but cavernously deep faith the problems in the Church would vanish and the world would likely be a much better place. And God bless each of you, also.

      to Irene Meerman, "enables them to transmit" (better put if consecrated married parents 'grace enabling exercise of an absolute power of authorisation of'), in uncertainty, belief, not "the Faith" as not including thinking. Belief is the keeping in uncertainty of the inseparability and qualitative equality of plural thinking and singular having faith.
      Mary as "full of grace" exercises this absolute power of her simultaneous authorisations of this keeping in uncertainty of thinking and having faith as "believed" (Lk 1:45) at Lk 1:29-45 and Mt 1:24 with thinking as "considered in her mind"(Lk 1:29) "How can this be...? (Lk 1:34), and having faith as "let it be to me" (Lk 1:38).
      It is the exercise of this absolute power that out-occults the occult as hidden, incest connected as substitute mate, evil of grooming by diseased identities of 'familyist' family members of psychologically and or emotionally vulnerable family members in their roles with purporting presuming in error separation of mind thinking and heart having faith when "the community of those who believed were of one heart and mind ["soul" in RSV]" (Acts 4:32).
      This groomed by diseased identities is of in error by helper of the family member roles purporting presuming separation of plural roles and singular identity. It is evident at Mk 5: 9: "My [singular] name is Legion; for we are many [plural]".
      This grooming is for occult, incest connected, economic advantage by tax-exemption embezzlements and lower insurance cost by fraud.
      The extreme tensions this grooming causes are withstood by this keeping in uncertainty of belief by Christ on his cross of his thinking mind: "My God, my God [plural as Trinity], why have you forsaken me?, and his having faith heart: "Father [singular], into your hands I commit my spirit."

      @Mark3ABE 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@georgesaguelton5751 I can remember that, at one time, everyone simply referred to the Pope as “the Pope”. In the same way as everyone simply referred to the Queen as “the Queen”. In fact, it is derogatory to add in the name of the person holding the office, as it means that we see them not in terms of the office which they hold, but as the named person sort of “filling in” for that office. So, for example, the press now almost always refers to the King as “King Charles” or even, sometimes, simply as “Charles” and the Pope is almost always referred to not as “the Pope” but as “Pope Francis”. Adding in the name actually derogates from the dignity of the holder of the office, in my view.

    The Pope wrote to Bishop Strickland and informed him that he was being “relieved” of his position as Ordinary of the Diocese of Tyler. In fact, the Pope was quite prescient - Bishop Strickland is, in fact, from the sound of it, “relieved” not to be encumbered by all of the petty administrative tasks associated with being the Ordinary of a Diocese. He is free to do what I am sure that the Lord has, in fact, called him to do, act as a successor to the Apostles in boldly preaching the word of truth. I am sure that the Lord will provide him with all of the opportunities which he needs to enable him to fulfil his calling. If his enemies wished to use their influence in Rome to silence him, they may find that they are frustrated. Even if they did manage to silence him, the “very stones would cry out” as it is impossible to silence the Word of God, which will make itself heard by one means, if not by another.

    Thank you for another enlightening discussion. In these unsettling and turbulent times we need solid Catholic teaching and leadership, which you, thanks be to God, are providing in the face of a very strange Magisterium.
    It is ironic that Dr Ashenden, formally of the Anglican Hierarchy, has become Catholic and the Hierarchy of our Holy Catholic Church has become Protestant, who would have thought such a thing could become a reality.
    For the Church and the salvation of souls...❤🙏🙏🙏❤️

    • @georgesaguelton5751
      @georgesaguelton5751 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      A true Catholic should be more respectful towards the Magisterium instead of generalizing. Canon law 212 affirms that lay people have the right, indeed at times the duty, in keeping with their knowledge, competence and position, to manifest to the sacred Pastors their views on matters which concern the good of the Church. They have the right also to make their views known to others of Christ’s faithful, but in doing so they must always respect the integrity of faith and morals, show due reverence to the Pastors and take into account both the common good and the dignity of individuals. Saying that the Hierarchy has become Protestant is a sign of blatant disrespect for which you should seek absolution.

    • @aseeker2109
      @aseeker2109 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @georgesaguelton5751 The present Magisterium protests the settled doctrine contained in the Deposit of Faith. Thus, it has become protestant. I assume you are aware of the detail, some of them are spoken of in the video.
      I do not disrespect the Magisterium, nietherI do I follow their erroneous teaching because to do so leads to Hell. You might note I pray for the Church, which encompasses the Magisterium. Unfortunately, the Magisterium is under the sway of Satan. I would point you to Our Lady's message of Akita and the warning given by Pope St Paul VI in regard to the smoke of Satan having entered the Church. Not recognising the signs of the times is folly.
      The Magisterium and its members sadden me greatly in what is happening in the Church. That is why I pray for the Church and the Magisterium.

    • @tombretislow7091
      @tombretislow7091 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@georgesaguelton5751 Respecting the magisterium as an institution is one thing, respecting the people occupying positions in it is another. The former should always be respected, the latter should be respected only to the extent that they as individuals possess virtue and do good. To the extend that they possess vice or do evil they deserve disrespect.

    • @jesuslovesaves2682
      @jesuslovesaves2682 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@georgesaguelton5751 I imagine by Magisterium this is a referral to part not all of those occupying leadership positions similar to what is mentioned by Bishop Strickland. I imagine we can agree if a bishop, cardinal or pope is saying the Holy Spirit is opposed to or denying some core aspect of the faith that would be as the OP claims. Some examples could be a correct understanding of the Sacraments whether it be perverting Marriage or changing Holy Order to include those Christ excluded. Chaning or misrepresenting the creeds or those doctrines contained therein would be another great example. Specifically, things like Christ's divinity, the Holy Trinity, Virgin birth, etc.

      I think you’ll find that one of the reasons that we are Catholics is because we believe in the promise of Peter to Jesus, that the gates of hell will not prevail against the church that he has founded. So your image of the Church, taking on water and going down is not the one that we share. Instead, like all faithful Catholics down the ages where the bride of Christ is threatened, we rush to defend her, and if necessary, and if we have enough courage, to give our lives for her. The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church. The only thing that’s going down are those who repudiate the living Christ, as they will discover at the moment of judgement.

I was just wondering if you have read the life of Papa Frankie and the many strange events that occur therein. For instance from an early age his parents appear simply to have stopped talking to him. Also the fact that he behaved so horribly as Provincial of the Jesuits in Argentina he had to be moved to Germany? Also reports of his terrible temper , rants and autocratic behaviour in the Vatican?
    A lot of these it seems to me is of one who is totally diabolically possessed by the devil. In psychological terms we might speak of Narcisssstc sociopathic behaviour. Do you ever wonder if we dealing with the Satanic?

    Long before the Commonwealth, Sir Edward Coke (Lord Chief Justice) gave his now famous opinion “The King is subject to no man, but is subject to God and the Law.” King Charles I lost his head as a result of disregarding this advice. The Pope is not above Canon Law, nor is he above the rules of natural justice, in particular, “hear the other side”. In removing Bishop Strickland without providing him with an opportunity to be heard, the Pope acted contrary to the rules of natural justice. Bishop Strickland is being too kind and charitable in this respect. While there is no one competent to prevent the Pope from acting contrary to Canon Law and contrary to the rules of natural justice, that does not mean that his behaviour should be condoned, or any attempt made to justify it. Quite simply, the enemies of Bishop Strickland, other members of the Bishops’ Conference, used their influence (in particular their ability to raise large sums of money to bail out the Vatican finances which are in a parlous state at present) to lean on the Pope to persuade him to act contrary to Canon Law and to the rules of natural justice. However, all things do work together for the good - this behaviour on the part of the Pope does make obvious to all his true character and does serve to release Bishop Strickland from the constraints to which he was subject as Ordinary of a Diocese. Perhaps Bishop Strickland and others concerned about the direction in which this Papacy is heading are right to stand back and accept the way in which the Pope is behaving - as the old adage says, “give him enough rope and he will hang himself.” Christian Charity, of course, does call upon us all to point out to the Pope where he is going wrong. We must pray that he will repent and turn from his ways. Naturally, for the sake of his immortal soul, I do hope and pray that he will do so. God does not desire anyone to be lost - neither do I, nor does any true Christian.

    According to Aquinas (Summa Th. prima secundae, Q90, A4) every law is "an ordinance of reason for the common good, made by him who has care of the community, and promulgated".
    Was the papal ordinance restricting the celebration of the TLM made for the common good?
    Its stated purpose was to hinder "disunity".
    What kind of disunity? Not any and every kind.
    Only the disunity consisting of a church divided into one part of which adheres to pre-conciliar theology and another which does not.
    In reality it is not disunity that Francis wanted to eliminate. It is adherence to the pre-conciliar theology.
    If Francis merely wanted unity he could just as well have banned the novus ordo.
    Can the removal of adherence to the pre-conciliar theology be for the common good? No. Just the opposite.
    Vatican II sanctioned no change in theology. Its decrees were issued on the understanding that they were not doctrinally binding.
    Can Francis honestly (but mistakenly) believe that restricting the celebration of the TLM serves the common good? Only if he is an ignoramus or a complete idiot.
    He is neither.
    Therefore neither in fact nor in intention did Traditiones Custodes contain an ordinance of reason "for the common good".
    Therefore it contains no law.
    Therefore it contains nothing binding in conscience.
    Papal authority has its limits.

      @@marygunning5121 yes thank you I am aware Jesus and all his family and friends were Jews. I love and want Jews to convert them to Jesus that said this term of “Judeo-Christian” is a Protestant word to ecumenise with Jews as an act of dispensationalism . Fr. Mawdsley is clear that to be a Christian is to abandon Judaism and the Talmudic/rabbinic laws that they worship and live by which are not biblical, further evidenced in Michael Hoffmann’s books.
      This old covenant ended when Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit in Mary. The Jews who became Jesus’ disciples eschewed the old laws and renounced all Jewish ties for the sake of Jesus. Judaism is wholly anti-Christ to adopt this chimerical word into Catholic vocabulary is wrong to say the least. St. Paul went on to preach that there is no Jew or gentile in Christ. The New Testament is full of examples of Jesus and his disciples denouncing the Pharisees and their followers, they were tasked to convert all the world including Jews.
      “Judeo-Christian” was designed with the intent to give dispensation to the Pharisees. Which is heresy. For they had him killed and rejected him. This is the legacy that modern Judaism has inherited through the rabbis and their Talmud and magic book the Zohar and it is fully anti-Christ.
