Altar Quest - Solo playthrough - The Search Quest with Bolx and Frox vs. Rowen Loflin + Storm Altar

Hey family!
Join me as I take on a full solo playthrough of Altar Quest, an epic fantasy adventure game that provides a deep experience, using the modular deck system introduced in Street Masters and Brook City. Altar Quest can be enjoyed as a one-off game (as in this example) or an engrossing campaign!
In this initial full playthrough of Altar Quest, I play solo controlling the single hero, Rowen Loflin, taking on "The Search" Quest, using the Flox threat deck to serve as the main enemy forces, and Bolx as the sinister villain.
Join me in my highs and lows as I attempt to complete the quest before drawing the attention of the almighty villain, the unstable magic of the Storm Altar constantly affect the game!

Well done, great gameplay! Loved the game (bypassing the atrocious manual), kind of wished there were was more variety to room features. But the interesting combos were sooo addictive to perform:)

A favourite game of mine but I don't have time to get out to the table often enough.

For me, that was the massive seeming point of the MDS - minimal setup time: gets to the table in around 5 mins ❤️

@@familymeeple the set up isn't the problem it's the time to play that is prohibitive. Don't often get the 2/3 hours it seems to take.
