    this was absolutely fascinateing - i love that it is science based, but you also took the time to comment about obesity being protective or that obesity and weight loss will release more toxins, also the comment on environemntal toxins, it is important to here a professional educator mention things like this, not just hearing wellness girls who look fit and healthy talk about chemicals... but like an actual professional validate the fact these toxins are legit and entering our bodies, anyways, awesome content, i got so much value out of it, thank you

      I’m really happy you found it interesting and learned something new. So many have NAFLD LIKE 25% of the global population. And this will stall a persons journey to weight loss which should be changed in concept from weight loss to altering their body composition.

    Hello! Awesome video. Really clear and concise explanations. I was just wondering what the role of the Superoxide is in Phase 1 detoxification, and how is it linked to free radicals and the Phase 1 reactions? Thank you kindly.

    How long does phase one detoxification last and how long does phase 2 detoxification last thank you very much. I enjoyed your thorough explanation with nutritional support. I’m an allopathic Dr but I completely believe in East meets West type of medicine as there are quite a bit of holes in western allopathy. I’m totally a believer in the polling protocol as I practiced that myself.

      If this helps a little, I'm trying to detox mold and I started really small with a low dose of glutathione once a day for only one week. I got SO SO sick just from that small amount of detoxing that it took an entire week afterwards to fully recover and function again.... to get the process calmed down - so to speak.

    So is it possible that the 50 plus lipoma I have in my body since I’ve changed my diet are releasing toxins into my body? I’m struggling with my health and am doing everything known to man to be better but am still just so depressed and moody

    So, the urine pH: from the first portion in the morning? The pH varies during the day.

    • @NutritionChiroDoc
      @NutritionChiroDoc  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      pH changes throughout the day, You will see it change depending on what you eat and drink throughout the day. You can track it based on alkaline FORMING foods, and acid forming food. This is different that alkaline foods and acid foods.

      How do you achieve more basic urine? I didn’t understand how or if the vitamin c made the urine more acidic in cancer patients and was that a good thing or did it prevent the passing of toxins. Great video

      @@NutritionChiroDoc I am just about 20 % in with the FDN-P program but I am also thinking of signing up with the Academy of Functional Health. I am looking to further my education. I really like the Kalish Institute but I only have a Bachelor's degree. I am so hungry to learn stuff .. so I am doing my own research as I learn the FDN program.. What school do you recommend?

      @@helenesanderson8902 save your money and do it right. Certifications are wonderful after a MS DEGREE. Each program is a few thousand dollars I’m sure. Put it towards a master degree that will serve you professionally and academically. The gold standard in functional nutrition is an MS degree. Then you can get your CNS. Certified nutrition specialist. Look into the university of Bridgeport. It’s a fully Online asynchronous MS program. #UBridgeport

      @@NutritionChiroDoc I have looked at Master's programs. Considering that many master's are stuck on just theory and not very much on the clinical aspect.. it seems to me that private certification is the way to go these days. I checked into Registered Dietician programs and their theories are not even up to date. You know government accredited schools take quite a bit of time to update their cirriculum's it seems and of course big pharmaceutical companies are funding colleges and university's for medical and pharmacology programs because they want to encourage the allopathic care to support that system with their cirriculum. I mean .. a lot of what I am doing is being driven by the disappointment I am feeling with healthcare. In my mind they are creating more disease because for the last 100 years doctors are NOT looking for the real root cause of the symptoms they band aid. People are getting sicker.. not well. And, all of these people who have big degrees are not really helping the problem. I can't even get my daughter into a Rheumatologist that will only want to give her immunosuppressants. Functional medicine is the only thing that is working for her auto immune issues. I have lost faith in our medical system. I have researched so much information that I want to help other people .. and I don't have time to go through a broken educational medical system that isn't keeping up with the science that is available. As a chiropractor I think you would understand. I am seeing a lot of success with Functional Nutritionist without big credentials because they ACTUALLY have the time and knowledge to get right down to the nuts and bolts and help a person discern their very own individual biochemistry .. and help them get down to the actual root of the problem. Just saying. If a Master's degree could really cure people I would do it.. but most of them can't and apparently medical degrees aren't doing that either. Sure medical doctors are great for acute care.. trauma.. but chronic and preventative medicine is not their thing and they are making and allowing people to become sicker... this is just the truth. We live in a different world today. There is just so much information and education to be had.. we just need a direction to put it in. I have a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene Science. I was a licensed healthcare provider myself that treated periodontal disease, licensed to give anesthesia blocks, N20 and practiced for 14 years. I have the same foundation as a RN.. anatomy and physiology, chemistry, microbiology, nutrition, embryology, pharmacology and pathology.. .. etc. I can do this.. I know I can.

      People who need support with liver detox will show signs like poor skin, difficulty losing weight, bad headaches with strong perfumes. But this functional lab does grade testing. www.gdx.net/products/detoxigenomic-profile
