Building a minimal house in Issan and another property near the beach might have been a better option for you. Now you are spending a lot of time away from Buriram what do you think? What advise would you give your viewers
Moi.
@@PloyandJayinThailand you would need to check real estate listings in your area for your type and size of your property and compare it to others to see what the going rate is. Of course that rate will change depending upon the time of the year.
@@mancello I am asking you after you said our house is not worth 200.000 baht per year. It sounds like you don’t know much about prices, property types, locations, and Airbnb. If someone is ready to pay 200.000 baht yearly, for me it sounds like our AIRBNB pricing is not that badly wrong near Chang International Circuit 😀
@@PloyandJayinThailand as I said, it might not be a serious offer and I know plenty about Airbnb. If you want to know what your property is worth you have to see what the competition is charging. It's not that difficult to figure out.
@@mancello We know the competition and price level in Buriram, and to be honest, our house is a bit unique in our area. Some foreigners like to live in modern houses as we have with modern furniture near Chang Arena and Circuit. Yes, you can find cheaper houses 120.000 baht yearly, but then you compare apples and oranges. Cheaper materials, basic furniture, etc.
money is not everything but good luck with the airbnb short stay and follow your stay in Pattaya story, let us know how it progresses visa/language school/new condo rent larger unit and above all be happy 🙂
Fair enough, if you think that way. And what if you have two houses? Or a house and a condo? Or two condos and one house? 😂or if rent out your house, and travel for a few months? Yes, you still have to live somewhere…
You should make some Air Bnb-room, or how to write that, somehow cheap for example: small room with bed, shower, wifi and air con or fan but clean, people here in the Finland likes to have everything cheap "ku halvalla saa"..Okei just joking, I hope you are doing everything fine..

Samaa mieltä. Kiitos
I don't think that was a serious offer. Perhaps a scam? With all due respect your house is not worth 200,000 baht for a one-year stay.
It was serious inquiry via Airbnb. How do you calculate the house value?

if you rent out your house for 17,000 baht per month "profit", you then have to rent somewhere else to stay.
Plus, not as much profit as short term.

I think good idea saying no to 1 year... This is still your home... 🙏🙏
Yes 👍

Yeah, people in Finland like when you get it cheap “Sulo Vilen ostin koska sain halvalla” 😂
