Also you want to wipe in one direction all the way from one edge to the other then pick up the cloth and repeat. Never rub in all directions or make circles that just wipes the oil around the surface and does not remove it. I recommend getting a box of wypall towels. They are extremely strong, don't break down with solvents and are reusable.

acetone also leaves a residue so if you don't do a fast wet dry wipe it will not work the best it can.

I’ve bought 2 PEI beds, first one prints stopped sticking after like a month, so I bought a a double sided PEI bed and same problem, tried cleaning with dish soap and 99% isopropyl alcohol but still won’t stick to both sides, Z off set is a fine and everything else is fine so don’t know what’s happening with these PEI beds

I am curious where you source your alcohol? A quick search found that to be unreasonably expensive.
It's 100% ethanol alcohol, though, so non laboratory grade would probably suffice?

Yes so long as its purity is measured. You can use molecular sieves in 95 proof everclear to reach ~99.5 proof in an uncontrollable environment. Molecular sieves are reusable by just baking the water out.

I do both except with mineral spirits. I pour a bit on and then wipe it off.

Noticed you have linear bearings on your printer. Was thinking of purchasing the MGN12H, 300mm for my X and Y axis. Is 300mm the correct length for both the X and Y?

On a standard ender 3, 300mm will work. It won't extend over the entire Extrusion, but its enough for full travel movement when placed properly

Ordered on set for the X axis to get a feel for it. I probably will order a pair for the Y axis right after. Cheers
