I really really appreciate all your help. I was at a loss as to how to do this. You were simple to follow and the format was clear. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you the video this is only one I found so far on making your own template for quilting. I would like to add that priming your new fabric mat and starching your fabric helps to keep your fabric from fraying.
I enjoyed this video. I just got my Maker and see the learning process is going to take some time. One question -all the videos say Attach but no one points out really how to do it ..time stamp 9:27 you said and attach "how did you do it" also I thought you were making half squares what happen Thank you for this video it answered a lot of questions with still some questions
That last shape you had the triangle at was a right angle triangle. Unlock the triangle shape, set the width to an even number, let's say 8 inches, and set the height to 4 inches. Your top angle will be a right angle. You can then lock the image and adjust the size and orientation as needed. That being said: your method seems more useful for cutting many pieces at once, but it is possible to cut a single right triangle.
Why don't I have the layer attributes? I selected all and attached. I cant change the score line to cut. When I click on Layers at the top right, nothing happens.

Thank you so much for this video I am new to this and I knew there must be a way to create patchwork pieces. Perfect
Would appreciate a video on how to use design space to pre clip the triangle corners for quilt blocks. Thanks for the great video.

My Cricut Maker doesn't show a box around the Scoreline. So I can't get the line to be correct size inside square. Help!! And thanks!
Thank you for this informative video. Very helpful!
Love the video! Help, what am I doing wrong? Once I get the lines drawn to make squares.....the lines disappear.
Can you save that to your machine so you don't have to use the computer program each time?
