- Now that I’ve (finally) shared my doll room tour, I can go back to introducing my dolls in batches.
I’ll continue with my solo historical dolls and work my way from there. So, I’m sure you’ll hear back from me again soon 😬

Look at those catlike reflexes with Rebecca! Elsie wasn't so lucky, but you were smart to put pillows down. Yesterday my daughter was walking outside and holding a fashion sized doll. She fell on the sidewalk and her first words were, "Nicki! My doll!!" (even as she was in pain and crying). I was like, "Girl, momma's more concerned about you. Let me check *you* over and then we'll check out the doll!" Luckily both were fine!
Haha you both had your maternal instincts kick in! That didn’t happen for me with poor Elsie. I couldn’t reach her through Addie. I couldn’t let that happen again with Rebecca 😆

Oh haha yes I definitely have to plan what I’m going to add. Sometimes that means peeling back corners of my display to see what can fit 😆

Oh Caroline! So pretty. She was my first American girl doll as an adult collector and is my favourite to this day. Her parlour would be stunning. Kaya’s pow wow outfit is lovely and I noticed her doll right away. She looks precious with her wolf and beaver. Historical girls are my favourite. Your Addy is beautiful. 💕
Those eyes right? I can’t believe they’ve never used that color again - but it’s also nice she’s unique.
For a month I had Kaya in her meet outfit, so I kept thinking she dropped her doll. Then I’d go looking for it in the display and be like 🤕
I love them all though. Whenever I see collectors post their purchase regrets, I can only think of dolls I DIDN’T buy 🤣

My 58 is my favorite Addy mold! She is playful. Mine took over the 1920’s and the few pieces I have from Claudie’s collection.
My Beforever Addy arrived second hand with much styled hair. I changed her into a wig with long hair with twists.
Molly is also one of my long time favorites. The camp she goes to Camp Go-on-again (like the old phrase “go on and do it again!”).
58 is the perfect doll for any era, isn’t she? So versatile! I could totally see her in Claudie’s wardrobe.
That wig sounds interesting. I’ve caught the customization bug, so that sounds like a good solution.
Camp-go-on-again?! Is that how you say it?? lol I think reading her hat for this video was the first time I tried. 😆🤣☠️

In Camp Go-on-again, next slide into Go-on-a-gin. Minor difference mostly with the “I”.

And I know I’ve said it a few times but I’m still blown away with your gorgeous and amazing doll room. I watched it yet again today. I own over 140 dolls and I do have them in shelves but just the dolls.

@@bettygarrido7621 I’ve seen collections of just dolls on shelves and I love the way it looks! 140 is a LOT, so I’m glad you don’t have to find space for the playsets too lol. They really sneak up on you don’t they? I remember when 30 was my maximum 😭

Great video I have all the dolls except Caroline. Caroline's Parlor is beautiful but as you said large. I have the pleasant company Addy and Beforever Addy. I am looking forward to the new doll for the Addy display. I loved your hole collection video gave me great ideas for displays.
Addy is so beautiful I’m worried I’ll have as many of her as I do of Claudie someday. Which outfit do you display these dolls in?
@@DisBlaine Though I have various outfits for each doll they are all in meet outfits until I can set up a good space to display them. I love your videos as they give me a lot of cool doable ideas. Then Kristie from AG takes over suggested doing her folding room. So As of now I have a Billy bookcase for the j dolls just to stand and I am planning to make little displays with the foam board on top to the storage shelf I have for my grand kids toys. That way I can display all the different sets I have and rotate them around in that min space. I have several Kaya dolls and plan to do like you did with Claudie and just have them wear her different outfits.

Hi! I live in the US. Would you ever consider using someone’s name and address in the states and then paying for that person to ship to you so that you can qualify for the rewards? I dunno if that would be too much hassle or if it would be worth it for the rewards.
Awww that’s very kind of you to offer! I can’t complain about the rewards, because we get free shipping on $150+ orders. I would definitely pay more than the amount of rewards I’d receive in shipping 😅 The only benefit I lose is the Berry Tier exclusive purchase period for limited edition items. I was lucky to preorder Barbie when she went public!
So I have a question. Do you keep the boxes that the AG outfits come in from the store?I find they take up so much room. I’m getting ready to move to a much bigger house where I will have a doll room, and I’d like to get rid of all the superfluous things. I don’t plan on reselling anything. What do you think?
That is such a good question-because it was very recently that I started throwing out boxes. I have trouble letting go of things that feel like they’re part of my dolls’ story but the packaging got to be too much. I have a storage shed on my balcony that I need to empty soon. I’ll only keep a box if the doll or ‘story’ is really special.
Once you start to let go, you’ll be glad you did. I have so much more closet space now! And moving, even to a bigger place, is the perfect opportunity to purge. When I buy used dolls, I don’t care if it has no box, if that means anything.
