I think we came full circle here. Hearing you two talk basically describes how a psychiatrist would act if they could see 8 patients a day instead of 20 and make the same money. So instead of hearing one out they do the: Here is a benzo until this antidepressant kicks in, and see you in a month. I am sure most of psychiatrist know to ask these questions but just don't have the time.

I think you are so right. It’s important to get the balance between a taper that’s too quick and a taper that’s too slow which can ultimately create its own problems. Person centred is key and listening to one’s own body and response. Keep up the good fight. 🙌

Thank you so much for this video, I could feel my self slipping back into the fear based patterns again recently. I've been doing alot of work to heal my self and calm down my limbic nervious system response to certain situations. I've come along way and the work is paying off. Just need to catch my self and not fall into the old patterns of behauivor that were allowed to flourish through this expirence.

Thank you for your videos. Could you please do another straight forward video on exposure therapy is what heals please? I’ve noticed the only thing that’s helped heal quickly is exposure. That’s what it takes to get over those fears
