Hi, sorry to hear that. Just to double check, did you unplug everything from the phone when you tried to listen to your audio? and also, just to check if it is an issue with the mic, do you happen to have a computer that you can test the mic on to see if it works with the computer?
Hi, since this is a USB wireless mic, I don't think you can connect it to a camera. If you want, you can record audio separately to a computer, record with your camera and then sync the audio with the video in editing. I just bought it and I'm not able to pair it, I connected the USB to my phone and turned on my microphone but nothing. I did charge the microphone.
