    If you wipe your tool between application it'll help with the clusters sticking to the tool when you go to apply the next cluster. When you pinch your natural lashes to the cluster after you put it into place, some of the glue gets onto your tool which is why your tool sticks to the next cluster you pick so wiping in between really helps. I also apply the glue in sections instead of a full coat of glue over all my lashes at once bc I feel like the glue on the inner corner of my lashes will already be dry by the time I actually get to my inner corner so working in sections is a good tip esp for begginers. I still do it that way and it works out best. Thanx for sharing the video I just wanted to share some of my own tips and trick for anyone reading the comments.

      To add, adding glue to the base of the cluster only makes it so you can brush through the lashes and fluff them. If the instructions say too silly the glue to a glue dot, don’t. The glue dries way too fast.
      I will add though that if you choose to apply mascara style, the glue doesn’t ever dry down. The concern you shared about the inner section drying before you get to it won’t happen. Either way, fully support your tip.

      do you curl your lashes 1st?

    • @qweenbfree
      @qweenbfree ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@tamiwingrove5604 I personally don’t but that’s because my lashes have a natural C curl that blends well into the clusters. I also keep mine on for a week (washing them daily) so I feel like curling them wouldn’t last. If you have straighter natural lashes and don’t intend to keep them as long you can definitely curl first.
      I don’t know how to explain this properly but I’ll try. The clusters are sticking to the base of your natural lashes, not your waterline, so your lashes can’t be over curled if you want the best results. The curl could almost “curl over” if that makes sense.
      The one thing I’ll say is the glue is strong and at the same time forgiving. If you don’t like the initial placement or technique you tried you can easily start over. Experiment and find your favourite looks!!

    I love that you were not afraid to take them off put them back on. You were just very natural with putting them on so I assume that you could not use the glue so you use the seal and the bond only

    • @qweenbfree

      I keep mine for a week and I think there are two key factors to consider. Firstly, the flies tend to be waterproof but they’re not oil-proof. If you have an oily lid (and I do) it’s important to thoroughly wash and prime the natural lashes before applying the clusters and also wash them daily to make sure there’s no oil build up that dissolves the glue. The second is to use a great sealer. The sealer creates a sort of band if you can imagine so you’re fusing the lashes together and strengthening the bond while closing the gaps where oil can seep in.
      I haven’t tried them personally, but I’ve seen these sleeping goggles that are made of a soft foam that form cups around the eyes. Maybe that could help?

    • @melissathefam
      @melissathefam ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Also try Amazon, don’t have to buy the same brand as her eye lash extensions. I get mine on Amazon and I buy KISS ultra stay eyelash glue, the kind with the mini brush. I evenly coat my lashes with it, than each cluster I add some glue to the band. It helps it stay in place a lot longer. I get the water proof kind, so I can shower, wash my face and I workout too. It works great, I just find a glue that doesn’t burn my eyes a little. But I usually use a q-tip and wipe the area it’s stinging and it helps.

      @@melissathefam is it the 3D super strong glue from i-envy by Kiss? almost got that one a while ago, but I got the one that is not 3D but still from i-envy Kiss .. Thank you again for the tips!! 💕🥰

    do you do anything in particular to maintain them for the 1-2 week period? and also, when you do them over, do you typically remove all of them or just fill them in?

    • @Tatithetech
      @Tatithetech  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I’ve been working from home for the last year and I think the fact that I haven’t been wearing eye makeup very much has been helping with retention. If I lose one or two trio lashes along the way I will definitely fill them in but I try to keep a schedule of removing them at two weeks to clean my lashes and give them a breather.

      What I usually do is wipe off my makeup with a makeup wipe then cleanse my face with a foaming cleanser. When I’m cleansing I go up to my eyelid with my fingers . I pat my face dry with a towel and then I take the towel and carefully clean around my eyes/lashes with it.

    • @qweenbfree
      @qweenbfree ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t think my comment will be helpful but in case it is I thought I might share. For most people that react to lash glues, they react to cyanoacrylate which is essentially the agent that helps the glue dry fast. It lets off fumes as it dries and that’s why your eyes may feel irritated until all the fumes have evaporated and the glue has completely dried. All of the lash glues I’ve tried for cluster lashes are cyano free so you may not experience the same reaction as when you had them done professionally.
      I assume you’ve tried the cluster glue and had the same reaction which is why my comment isn’t helpful. If by chance you haven’t, you may be pleasantly surprised!
