Why you never use primer?

White residue appears when the glue comes into contact with moisture. You might have applied a primer during the process, which can also cause white residue. Sometimes, white residue remains after removing the lashes. In this case, you need to reapply the remover and eliminate the white residue. The lashes should be as dry as possible, and then there will be no residue.
