Try washing with water every after urinating. Use dr. Wong soap the yellow one. Hope it helps you

Since November till now am suffering from this yeast infection, I've tried antibiotics even injection but it's not going away.
Antibiotics usually cause yeast infections. Ask doc for yeast medication when they prescribe Antibiotics. If otcs aren't working call the doc they have other things that can help
Try to adjust your diet. Lower sugar intake, lower carbohydrates intake, etc. It could help. Yeast thrives on those two.

antibiotics wipe out all bacteria and allow yeast to grow
Antibiotics just make the yeast worse. Use distilled vinegar with water then apply antifungal cream like miconazole and clotrimazole it works

These recommendations always make it sound like the actual inside of the vagina is the most driest place there can be and the only reason why it happens is because one was a day too often at the beach and the water creeper upwards.
I understand research into this is lacking.
But fankly the fact that about any underwear that a grandmother wouldn't choose can't be washed at temperatures that kill germs is more a worry than a tight jeans.
If I learned anything from 12 years of marriage it's that it's probably more due to hormonal imbalances (could also be the wrong pill), antibiotics, unhealthy life style (i.e. food, smokes, alcohol) or frankly because you had unprotected intercourse with someone you shouldn't have and he gave it to you from his wife.
A former co-worker of mine found out her husband was cheating on her when he gave her a yeast infection from the other woman.
Honestly is the most annoying thing ever
