My 13" with 8GB RAM kept up, but just barely. The 15", with 16GB RAM, works way better for all the multitasking I do. I literally just have a $5 usb fan from Walmart pointed at my mac and external hard drives when they get "hot" and that little fan alone rids any lag or slow performance issues. I bought my wife a 2017 13" MBP, non-touch bar, when it came out, but the screen cracked near the hinge in our first month owning it. The thinner designs of newer models just seem less durable. I have read a lot of info and comparisons from everymac.com, and read a few issues on google about some of the newer models had. I decided to stick with something more durable. Both my new(er) and used 2015 MBPs works fantastic still. I ended up gifting my 13" MBP to my mom, easily could have sold it for $350-$400. Overall, 7 years of heavily using 2015 MBPs, 13 and 15" works fantastic and great choice for anyone who is on a budget. The retina display looks good, and pretty comparable in quality to my 2021 4k UHD LG monitor (to me at least).
Thanks for this feedback, as a lot of people will find it useful! Also, I agree with you in saying that the 2015 15'' MB Pro is a better option for all those who can afford some extra cost. Regarding the newer models and the build quality, I would be pretty sad if something like that happened to me. However, this is the only MB I own so I don't have to worry about that currently. I am actually watching this video on my 2015 MacBook Pro which I just recently purchased on facebook marketplace for $380 USD + tax. I am coming from Windows so its a bit of an adjustment, but one thing Apple for sure got right is the trackpad. It's a great tool and works reliably compared to the ones that I've had for all my windows laptops. I love the premium feel and it doesn't feel like it will accidentally break in my backpack during transport which is what my Windows laptop felt like. The speakers are wonderful and they get much louder than I expected. The battery is also great. Now to discuss the io ports. I am used to having about 5,000 things connected to my windows laptops through a dock. Including a larger monitor, speakers, keyboards, and mice etc. With the MacBook, I haven't really felt the need to use any of the ports besides the magsafe charger. I have a bluetooth mouse for when I am photo editing, but it's not nearly as necessary as a mouse with windows. It is great to have the expandability should I so choose, but honestly I would've been fine with just the USB C, but I am grateful to not have to buy new everything which I would've likely had to do if I purchased the 2016 model.
Great summary! In 2021 I bought a 2015 13" MacBook Pro for my kid in grade school and a 2017 13" MacBook Air for my wife. Both machines are 8 GB and were quite cheap (in Canada), and both look nearly brand new and met my requirement of being able to run Monterey. The Air runs cooler than the Pro and it's likely the 2017 Air will get macOS updates for longer, but as you describe, the Pro feels quite premium, a definite step up from the Air.
Thanks for the comment! You are right! The MB Pro has a Retina display, compared to a non-Retina of the Air, and I personally think that the Pro still looks a bit more modern because it has smaller bezels. Either way, both are great devices, I am sure. :)
Hey man, are you happy with the 2015 Pro’s performance on Monterey OS? I’m still on the original E Capitan, same exact pc, but I need to upgrade due to lack of software support Thanks!
4/30/2022: I was looking for the same features as you for my first Mac. I found an early 2015 MacBook Pro 13" 8GB/128GB for US$260. I also found a new official Apple 60W charger for US$42. It's in very good condition with minor scratches and 3-4 bad pixels that I hardly notice. It has a sticky '1' key, but still works. It's an i5 2.7Ghz and the battery has 416 cycles. Overall, I'm happy for what I paid for it. It's for internet and office use. Future upgrades would just be a larger SSD. Anyone thinking of getting a Mac should really explore buying a used one. I wouldn't get anything older than 2015 and avoid 2016-2019 for their keyboard issues.
I couldn't agree with you more! The 2015 MB Pro is still a great balance of capability, design, and price. The older models aren't cutting it, whilst the newer ones are too expensive and have a lot of issues.
@@seifel-dinmahmoud4726 From what I know, having a faster SSD makes opening files and booting up faster, but when it comes to handling tasks and video editing, other components are more important like RAM and CPU/GPU. So, for those matters, I can tell you that it can handle basic, everyday tasks without any issues. It's a pleasure using it. However, if you want to edit videos and have some advanced cuts and effects, this processor is not going to cut it. Check some of the newer MB Pros out for those tasks. Cheers and consider subbing to the channel! :D
Oh boy do I understand your frustration! I always feel crazy when I have to explain myself when anyone judges me and my love for the macbooks. They are reliable, always work, not full of junk and hidden settings. Everything, even the basics, is always working, always!
Recently bought a Macbook Pro Retina 2015 13inch 3.1GHz i7, 16GB ram, Intel Iris 6100 1.5gb, 256 SSD HD. For $300 used refurbished. Needed a new battery which I can upgrade myself for like $60. I'll upgrade the SSD to 1TB. Other than that it works great! Spec and performance is optimal and all the software I use works smooth. I have no regrets! It's a steal for how much I got for $300!
I've been considering purchasing this laptop refurbished because i desperately need an upgrade and it meets all my criteria (which is the same as yours) and this has been the best video i've watched of modern use of this old model so far. I'm convinced to get it now, thanks :)
Nice part is with the 2015 is that you can Replace battery if needed. Just got a 2015 with a bad Battery. It was not that hard to replace. Next best thing is that the SSD is not Soldered on Board like the newer ones so you can put a NVME SSD in it. The one I just got had a 256gb in it I upgraded it to a 2TB NVME. Super easy and great upgrade for sure. You can get replacement speaker while you are at it also.
I used to have the 2015 MacBook Pro 13 inch back in 2020 when my sister got the MacBook Air 13 inch 2020 (Intel version) however despite the size and the screen resolution decided to get the 2015 MacBook Pro 15 inch instead last year and so far works perfect. Got the Base Model 2.2 GHz/16GB RAM/Intel Iris Graphics and I upgraded its original APPLE SSD to a Samsung 980 SSD with an adapter
Recently bought a 2014 MacBook Pro 15 retina for development. It's impressive how great a 8 years old high end machine can still perform in 2022. My workflow is not as demanding as video editing, but I work with Docker, Node, Vscode, Spotify, Discord, Postman, several Chrome tabs, all opened at once and it just does not slow down. I skipped the 2016/2019 era because of the butterfly keyboards/touchbar and don't want to spent that amount of cash to buy a 16 M1 Pro MacBook, specially if I have an option this cheap that works great for me.
I totally agree with you and see where you're coming from. Regarding the upgrade, I think that the M1 MB Air seems as the most cost-effective option for now, so try looking into that.
i feel like paying about 850 USD for a MBA m1 is reasonable and will definitely last you. But as you mentioned you only use it for simple tasks and you also have a more powerful computer to do you intensive tasks. You got a great buy. I hope you got the i7 variant as this will last you longer and allow for updates to be taken more easily.
Recently bought a Macbook Pro Retina 2015 13inch 3.1GHz i7, 16GB ram, Intel Iris 6100 1.5gb, 256 SSD HD for $300 used. No scratches or large chipping. Just needed a new battery since the stock one is at it's life. Can swap myself for $60 and will upgraded it to 1TB. Dunno if I over paid, however I got a lot of computer that actually works like new for $300. Gotta love the used market since macs are great in quality. Unlike the loads of lemon PC laptops out there. And the price for high performace Lenovo or Dell can be quite steep.
@@ishizukahikaru643 that's a bargain price, here in my country used MBP 2015 i5 starting is price 440$. and for refurbished m1 MBA 2020 is 845$ for base model.
I just bought my MBP Retina 2015 in August 2022, swicthing from windows because same consideration with you. I love having full ports on my mac and the trackpad was so so different with windows! i left my logitech mouse since i use thismac hehe. So far so good and don't forget the retina display really a game changer than what windows have.
I'm still on the fence about getting a pre-owned MacBook Air M1 for Christmas, or just go with a MacBook Pro 13" 2015. The older model is closer to my budget, and I'd have to save a lot more to get the M1, so this review is really helpful. If my budget won't allow me to buy the Air, I'd just go with the 2015 13" Pro model. Thanks a lot for this!
I am glad I could help! As of now, I am thinking about purchasing the M1 MB Air, but, as you said, it costs a lot more than the 2015 MB Pro, so we will see...
Thank you! If you're referring to weird bubbles on the display, I simply avoided listings which showed them and inspected my unit once I got it for such. I am not that sure you can 'fix' them once they appear. Also, you should be cautious when using the laptop not to touch the display that much with your fingers.
I had brought a 2018 MacBook Air with 256 gb and 16 gb of ram for $397 us dollars because it had a dent on both corners one of the best laptops I have and it even came with a 4 year warranty
Thanks, very informative. Due to your video I got a 2015 Pro. Amazing !!! I was doubtful but I took a shot and WOW blew my mind. Paid 400$Cad. Thx again, keep up the good work. I’m a fan.
Thank you! I just ordered one of these, and I can't wait to use it. Bought it over a windows because I already have an iPhone(switched from Samsung last year) and I feel like I needed to have airdrop between my laptop and phone, the ease of use is important to me
Great video ! Thank you I was hesitant to buy the same model to discover the apple pcs. So not knowing what I was guettent into I didn’t want to pay for a full price. My 2015 MacBook should arrive end of the week. If your gets too hot I recommend you change the thermal paste, it’s not that complicated to do and it really is a game changer. You video was great, however the end was a little rushed ! You can take your time to say good bye ;) Take care man !
I hope your unit comes in safe and sound, without any issues. I will be taking my laptop sooner or later for a full servicing including the thermal paste and the battery, anyway. I am going to make a video on that probably, so stay tuned! Thanks for the advice, it means a lot.
I just bought a 2015 13" mbp, the fact that make me buy it is 16 gb of ram, an i7 and 500 gb of ssd. I hope that the battery and casing won't be too damaged as i payed it just 430 euros
bro, For now, macOS Big Sur and macOS Catalina are both still supported. Catalina will likely stop getting updates around October 2022, while Big Sur should become unsupported in October 2023. Once that happens, your Mac won't receive security updates for your current macOS version, and third-party software might stop working. This means you'll need to think about upgrading your Mac soon.
My early 2015 MBP is running the latest Monterey with no problem ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ running just fine. Got the base early 2015 2,7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5. or at least no problem as long as u dont run out of space on the SSD's and remember to clean up once in a while.
Depends on the condition and the battery, but considering that this was the last version of MBs with a good keyboard the newer variants, I suppose it is worth it.
I am not quite sure that this MB will be able to carry you for that long since it's not receiving further software updates, if that's important to you. Also, be mindful about the battery and possible overheating issues. Hope this helps.
Cam we do Codeing , Web-Designing and E com? I am confused between a Ryzen 5 5500u laptop or MacBook Pro 2015, both are in se price range . I think the MacBook Pro 2015 is 2 core 4 thread does it matter?
I have a chance to get a 2015 15in., 16gb, 512SSD with a new battery for $450. Does this sound good? I need it for music production FL, Arcade, Waves Etc.
I have the mid 2015 pro(15 in 15 gb ram , intergrated graphics) , since 2016 and I bought it for graphic design. It’s definitely good and solid especially if your don’t wanna spend too much money. I still use mine daily as my work laptop. Having said obvs it’s an old model so I’d suggest buying the best / most recent that you can afford at the moment for future proofing . Also I’d opt for dedicated graphics if I could
Tysm! 4K video, definitely not. 1080p is all it can handle atm. Also, it has substantial weight but nothing what would make it less portable. Hope this helps.
Edited some Blackmagic footage with it with Resolve 16 and it was actually not too bad if you're not being super fancy. However, DaVinci 17 was killing the poor 2015 and I upgraded to an M1 Pro 14" 16GB. I would suggest an M1 Air if you're interested in 4k editing but don't want to break the bank.
I was super confused in either buying Macbook Air 2018 8gb 256gb retina vs Macbook pro 13 2015 1tb ssd 16gb i7 3.1 retina and after seeing ur vid i decided to finally get macbook pro and i dont regret my decision. Pro look is far more superior.
Which generation of PROs/AIRs? The more recent ones, 2021 onwards are very similar in terms of the performance. The older versions, I would always choose the PRO.
i have the same macbook pro " Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015 " and i have the same specker problem but my mac have the left specker tha didnot work just the right one sooo i think its a problem for all the mac i geas
I coudn't afford a maxed out MacBook Pro especially the m1 MacBook Pro which I wanted the m1 MacBook pro. I got my 2015 MacBook Pro since 2020 and it is the only one for a good price in order to use macOS, Logic Pro, and Final Cut Pro. Apple has good and flexible creative apps which it is only on macOS and I wanted macOS because it feels much flexible than windows. Logic Pro is more important to me due to flexibility on making music and suggestions on making music, including premium features in version 10.7
HP makes great printers and servers, but the personal computers they make are unreliable, at best. The worst thing to have happened to Compaq was being bought by HP. Those were great computers until HP took over and eventually eliminated Compaq. As for the 2015 MBP, I have a base model 13" that's been heavily struggling even with basic browsing. I learned from Luke Miani that this happens because the battery is dead, which is my case. I am waiting for a new battery replacement and an SSD to upgrade from the base 128gb to 1TB. I'm so looking forward to this upgrade! I'm even more looking forward to upgrade to an Apple Silicon device, but this 2015 MBP has so much sentimental value for me that I plan to keep it forever.
Thank you for this insight! Yes, the battery is very important for the overall performance of the device, so I expect that your issues will be resolved.
i'm doing the same since i just purchased an early 2015 macbook pro i5 256gb for $360 on ebay and it should come this week and i will probably upgrade the internals if there is any problems.
I feel a lot better about buying one because I’ve confused if I should buy the 2015 because I’ve never had a MacBook before but do you guys think it would be good for video editing?
I edited this video on it and it performed well in iMovie, however, it overheated when I started to export the video and the battery went from 80% down to about 20% very quickly. Plus, it was a bit tedious to edit on a small screen anyway, so I would say, if you only work with 1080p footage and if you will use just iMovie for basic cuts, then it would be okay if you also keep it plugged in. For anything more than that, it's not going to be good. Cheers!
I used a 2015 for quite a while doing stuff with Photoshop and editing on DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro. When I was just working with 1080p/24 footage from my Nikon D7000, it was more than okay and even my Blackmagic Pocket 4k footage wasn't all that bad on DaVinci Resolve 15 and 16. However, the recent update and DaVinci 17 just made the thing chug too hard. I broke down and bought an M1 Pro 14" 16GB just yesterday and couldn't be happpier. That said, I'm keeping the MBP 2015 15" for legacy software and easier Windows access. It's still a solid machine in many ways. However, I think the recent M1 Air would do you just as well unless you really need a Windows partition or money is a factor.
@@arko_tech Thank you, me to. I got the 15 inch i7 with 16gb ram and the R9 graphics card, I couldn’t say no at $300 lol. It’s out preforming my 2020 Sony vaio 😂. Your video really sold me on it.
The 2015 Macbook Pro is the last that users can upgrade. I mean for ram and a larger SSD. This model can run Monterey. While the M1 and M2 are superior in almost every way they are expensive. You can run Final Cut Pro on this laptop. Photoshop and more. It really is a beast. If you aren't tied to MacOS try Linux.
I agree about the upgrades; however, my unit struggles when opening and using those programs you mentioned. I am desperately looking for an upgrade, but, as you said, the Apple chip MBs are pricey. 😅
I think this is the best MacBook Pro ever made it's just right in every thing you can do in it mindless the performance but for basic use you don't need more than that.
its true, never touch those cheap windows laptop, totally garbage. For daily use, MacBook pro 2015 is enough. Just hope Apple can support this device for longer years.
Hi! First of all great video ❤️ secondly i want to ask a question, I'm going to buy one MBP 13" 2015 model very soon, and everybody says its great but im concerned about one thing, The video editing render times/performance. I work as a freelancer and i go to university. I needed a computer that would just fit right into the criteria of studying and getting my clients' work done in time whilst remaining within budget. I export 1080p gaming videos mostly and sometimes stock footage type videos. I've been using a Windows PC with i5 3470 and GTX650 with 8 Gigs RAM, and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2022 for this task. Now, the question arrives, should i go for this specific MacBook? Is it really gonna be worth the money, cuz here it costs around 80k Rupees which is $400-450 in USD. I'm just concerned about the performance of this thing, its all that bothers me. If you could tell me, it would be a huuuuge help! Thanks in advance, and keep up the great work brother 🤝
Thanks for the comment! Here's what I can tell you from my experience with the device. Even though some people here in the comments have said that they have no issues with performance/rendering times, especially with 1080p video, I can't say the same. 1. If you use any of the more advanced software, it will struggle a bit. I used only iMovie (the free stock app on the MB) and that was fine. It didn't lag and the rendering was also okay, with occasional stutters. 2. However, when I was exporting the video, the laptop was like a rocket going into space. The fan was so loud yet the laptop was so hot (it actually was uncomforable to touch it above the keyboard). My footage was only 1080p as well and I don't consider this an optimal performance or good user experience. Therefore, if you can anyhow, either go for the 15'' 2015 MB or some of the newer generations MBs. This is nevertheless an old device, so for that money (which is a bit more than what I paid for it), I suggest you look into other options as well. I hope this helped.

I guess you're right since it seems that Windows laptops cost a lot to be of decent quality. And yes, MBs, despite their age, are still incredible devices.
I got a 2017 model and I have to say as much as I hate the awful keyboard so much I love the speaker and the screen of this laptop. It’s made for multimedia. I think programming is much better on my thinkpad but now I also realised how terrible the screen on my thinkpad is 😅

Thanks for the comment! You are right! The MB Pro has a Retina display, compared to a non-Retina of the Air, and I personally think that the Pro still looks a bit more modern because it has smaller bezels. Either way, both are great devices, I am sure. :)
The 2017 Air will not get updates of macOS longer than the Air and Pro 2015.
Hey man, are you happy with the 2015 Pro’s performance on Monterey OS? I’m still on the original E Capitan, same exact pc, but I need to upgrade due to lack of software support Thanks!
@@Spazeranger Monterey runs fine, with no issues. It's not quite as fast as El Capitan though of course.
@@Spazeranger Yup. Performance in Monterey is fine. Not blistering fast of course, but fine. This is with 8 GB RAM.
Just bought one of these. Base model 13 inch early 2015. Threw in a 1TB nvme SSD and it still flies.
That's amazing and exactly what you can do with older models if you invest into storage or ram.
This is very interesting. How did that change things for you? Do you think it can handle more tasks like video editing and stuff?
Exactly! 😄
Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for sharing. 👍

Wow you did a terrific video on this laptop. Thank you. I've been looking at 2015 MacBook Pro refurbished.
Thank you!
Bought the same laptop a month ago. I use it for music production and dj'ing. Great laptop despite being 7 years old.
how does it handle serato?
i feel like paying about 850 USD for a MBA m1 is reasonable and will definitely last you.
I hope it serves you well! 🙏
Thank you for this useful review! I'm buying one
Hi, great video! Did you have also problems with staingate and how did you remove them? Thank you and best regards
Thank you! If you're referring to weird bubbles on the display, I simply avoided listings which showed them and inspected my unit once I got it for such. I am not that sure you can 'fix' them once they appear. Also, you should be cautious when using the laptop not to touch the display that much with your fingers.
I have a 2015 early MacBook pro that runs good, runs macOS Sur, and I have M1 Mac Mini now.
I had brought a 2018 MacBook Air with 256 gb and 16 gb of ram for $397 us dollars because it had a dent on both corners one of the best laptops I have and it even came with a 4 year warranty
Great video, very high quality especially considering your sub count. Subbed!
Thanks a lot! 🙏
I ordered mine last month at $510 including tax. 15inch 2.2ghz 512gb ssd 160 battery cycles and the machine is still in a mint condition.
Seems like a great deal! 👍
I bought mine but 15” mid 2014 i7/16gb ram and 256 ssd for about $400
Thanks, very informative. Due to your video I got a 2015 Pro. Amazing !!! I was doubtful but I took a shot and WOW blew my mind. Paid 400$Cad. Thx again, keep up the good work. I’m a fan.
Oh wow! That's great then. 👍 Stick around for new videos and cheers!
from where did you purchased 2015 Pro
I’m still using my 2014 MacBook Pro. It’s fine. I try to get ten years out of my laptops, since they aren’t cheap.
Thank you! I just ordered one of these, and I can't wait to use it. Bought it over a windows because I already have an iPhone(switched from Samsung last year) and I feel like I needed to have airdrop between my laptop and phone, the ease of use is important to me
Great video. Can you charge it in the car?
Thank you! I am honestly not sure about that.
You can take your time to say good bye ;)
Take care man !
I hope your unit comes in safe and sound, without any issues. I will be taking my laptop sooner or later for a full servicing including the thermal paste and the battery, anyway. I am going to make a video on that probably, so stay tuned! Thanks for the advice, it means a lot.
cant wait for mine too
I just bought a 2015 13" mbp, the fact that make me buy it is 16 gb of ram, an i7 and 500 gb of ssd. I hope that the battery and casing won't be too damaged as i payed it just 430 euros
That's a good deal and I hope so too! Thanks for the comment.
This channel is underrated. Why isn’t this guy on at least 50k subs?
I am so flattered, but my content is inconsistent and that's probably why. 😅
bro, For now, macOS Big Sur and macOS Catalina are both still supported. Catalina will likely stop getting updates around October 2022, while Big Sur should become unsupported in October 2023.
Once that happens, your Mac won't receive security updates for your current macOS version, and third-party software might stop working. This means you'll need to think about upgrading your Mac soon.
You can upgrade to Monterrey on old macs. Just takes a bit of work
My early 2015 MBP is running the latest Monterey with no problem ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ running just fine. Got the base early 2015 2,7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5. or at least no problem as long as u dont run out of space on the SSD's and remember to clean up once in a while.
is 375 worth it now? 3.1 dual core i7 13 in
Depends on the condition and the battery, but considering that this was the last version of MBs with a good keyboard the newer variants, I suppose it is worth it.
Very informative thank u so much for the advice.
do u think the newest macos runs well on it? thanks
Yup. I said it in the video.
I'm getting the same spec 2nd hand MacBook for $250. I do website development. Should I go for it? Will want to use it for at least 2 years
I am not quite sure that this MB will be able to carry you for that long since it's not receiving further software updates, if that's important to you. Also, be mindful about the battery and possible overheating issues. Hope this helps.
@@arko_tech thanks 👍
So is it worth buying the 2015 15” MacBook pro for professional design?
I am not so sure since that is a bit more demanding...
Cam we do Codeing , Web-Designing and E com?
I am confused between a Ryzen 5 5500u laptop or MacBook Pro 2015, both are in se price range . I think the MacBook Pro 2015 is 2 core 4 thread does it matter?
Honestly, not so sure that the MB would be the best choice in that case. You might want to research that further, however.

I have a chance to get a 2015 15in., 16gb, 512SSD with a new battery for $450. Does this sound good? I need it for music production FL, Arcade, Waves Etc.
It does. I think the price is fair.
I want to switch from mini to actual laptop but I don't know which to go for considering my budget
What is your budget, if you don't mind sharing?
Which website did you use to purchase the MacBook?
I used a local website here in my country so I don't think it would be of much use to someone foreign anyway 😅

No problem, though! Thx for the comment and consider subbing to the channel 😁
Is the 2015 MacBook Pro full option great for graphic design?
Unfortunately, I don't think so. You would need something more powerful for that and preferably a bigger screen.
@@arko_tech thanks. Possibly the 2015 pro with 15 inch with dedicated graphics?
Definitely the 16 GB version then.
Also I’d opt for dedicated graphics if I could
I have one of it... But it refused to update the Operating System.... Any remedy?
That seems odd. I had no similar issues and can't really offer you advice on that. I am sorry.
i did this exact same desicion around 3 months ago. Also i have very similar experiences :)
Can I do gaming on the mac
Usually Macs aren't gaming machines, especially older laptops.
Can you use it for 4K video editing.... plus I love your editing so much am new to your channel. And how heavy is it
I am really glad I could help and, yes, the specs also are much superior. Good buy. 😄

Very quality content 👍
What's the best a PRO or AIR?
Which generation of PROs/AIRs?
The more recent ones, 2021 onwards are very similar in terms of the performance. The older versions, I would always choose the PRO.
i have the same macbook pro " Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015 " and i have the same specker problem but my mac have the left specker tha didnot work just the right one sooo i think its a problem for all the mac i geas
I’m more shocked your running Monterey on it, how’s that going for you?
No issues whatsoever. 😄
About these macbook thermals, they won’t shut off they’ll just throttle and stay at 103•C if they can
Speakers are readily available on eBay and are very easy to replace.
Might give it a try, as I have already thought about that as well. Thanks!
I just bought the same MBP you bought. Just for writing essays and watching TH-cam. Works good for me :)
Happy to hear!
I bought one 16gb 1TB SSD but withh 500 battery cycles all perfect everything running fine the battery is basically half used tho
i'm doing the same since i just purchased an early 2015 macbook pro i5 256gb for $360 on ebay and it should come this week and i will probably upgrade the internals if there is any problems.
I believe that you won't be disappointed. 😊 cheers!
Great video!
Nisam vidio da si naš dok se na laptopu nije lokacija pojavila na weatheru, super su ti videi, samo naprijed!
Hvala druze! 😄
On my MacBook Pro 2015 I just bought for $300 , IT was worth every penny!
Hope it serves you well.
@@arko_tech Thank you, me to. I got the 15 inch i7 with 16gb ram and the R9 graphics card, I couldn’t say no at $300 lol. It’s out preforming my 2020 Sony vaio 😂. Your video really sold me on it.
@@_bryanblaze_ that's a machine! I am glad I could help.
Couldn't agree more! 👏

That's it! Thank you 😄
its true, never touch those cheap windows laptop, totally garbage.
Now,
the question arrives, should i go for this specific MacBook?
@@arko_tech thank you so much man! I really value your genuine opinion. I'll look out for other models! You saved me from disappointment ❤️ big respect +

It's the cheap ones. All the laptops under $500 that I've bought have been TRASH! I now have a dell latitude 5420 they range anywhere from $1,200-$1800 depending on the model and it's the best laptop I have ever owned! I love it! I have yet to find a good, new, cheap laptop that's not a chrome book. The older MacBooks still seem to have decent quality though so that's pretty fascinating!
I guess you're right since it seems that Windows laptops cost a lot to be of decent quality. And yes, MBs, despite their age, are still incredible devices.
