As a physio I'm always trying to take a potentially complicated concept (eg injury pathology) and make it digestible for my client so they can understand what I'm doing, why I'm doing it and how they can contribute to the solution with self management strategies. It is the same with bike fitting and with my videos. After 5 years on TH-cam I'm starting to find a bit of a groove now. Cheers
