Vikram's father wanted to become an actor but he didn't succeed it. Than Vikram wanted become an actor and struggled a lot. After Vikram became a star, his father got roles to play character roles. Vikram is not a star kid.
he even had a star actor as a cousin who used to be a big star, but that guy's father insulted his mother due to her marrying outside the family caste and vikram did not want any help from him with regards to the industry....and the rest is history.

Nayan said Trisha is the first person to approach Nayan amidst such cold War thing between them and she extended her friendly hand. Nayan really appreciated Trisha for her heart!
And again coming back to your question, the equations between them was always disturbed by the media and the fans.

Sir , true story of chiyyyaaaaan Vikram south super star.... (No one helped for his success till now .. he struggled .. he is a star but not star kid , he lost his leg , through dangerous accident.. he got 23 major surgeries
.. chiyaan Vikram leg is not having original leg like other actors.. plate was fixed.. plate giving supporting.. only his fans may know or may not know.. some peoples knows only this particular truth.. but surgery done , i think surgery done only people knows .. plate & some artificial things added. & all , no body knows doctor's said to their closed circles , .. but Vikram won't show any pain on his face ... He can't walk or run or fight or dance like normal human .. he is accepted pain giving leg .. but it is not artificial leg , but it's not like proper perfect leg ,but he is having to walk so that doctor told, to get safe , don't do any hard work like running, jogging etc .. because of passion & obsession for cinema, to act as hero to get awards & recognised, rewards to get star status . for that he does everything, dance, fight, running, fast walking..if u ask personally to him ... He says it.. but he struggled for 8 years...to get recognised star actor.. already, 3.5 years wasted due to terror accident.. bedridden.. his father was unsuccessful career.. Vikram uncle is actor Prasanth father thiyagaraajan.. he told Vikram while accident time .. he says to Vikram as handicappt person. Don't act in movie as a hero.. act as handicapt .. because u r now handicapt, this way he said
. Because Prasanth should get superstar status in future, so Vikram should not be in cinema.. his bad thought made their family now , as cursed family, Prasanth lost his Market.. he is divorcee. No children also , no film for him .. his father producing & directing.. all r flops
.till date.. now still Prasanth struggling.. karma is there.. they insulted Vikram sir .. in many ways ... Not supported him .. no need to support, atleast should not demotivate Vikram... To get out of the world.. society & cinema field people made them to get suicide..chiyaan came from struggling.. became successful star actor...all over south india... His father was not well known to everyone.. chiyaan proved ,& showed .. him. As star performer actor... Vikram father vinoth had unsuccessful career ... No support from any side.. Vikram starting stage .. chiyaan Vikram acted 24 film... Tamil , Malayalam, Telugu... Movies .. many advertisement, telefilm. Dubbing artist , character actor, second Hero , occasional singer.. financial problems.
13 years was gone waste totally.. to get stardom status... ambition , passion &obsession is to be big hero , big star actor...
Leg problem , stress problem , money problem, 2 children, he survived through dubbing artist salary.. before getting stardom status period.. after star actor status.... Leg discomfort, stress due to
competitor problem.. his failure movies because of bad story & bad screen play.. bad time for chiyaan..

U think .. he is doing social services to people through their fans club association silently , not showing advertising.... day by day he is facing lot of problems because of ponniyin Selvan , Adithya karikalan charecter will die in novel . He is not hero of this ps1 film , he dies in story , see ps1 movie, because of mani ratnam he did the role
. He wish to do vanthiyathevan or vanthiyadevudu . Mani ratnam gave role special heroic to Karthi.. chiyyaaan is given extended Cameo role ... But mani ratnam needed face value to this film , in Bollywood chiyaan acted , Hindi people knows him , but Ravi & karthi doesn't know by Hindi people, may be some persons knows . Not everyone body .... so Vikram has reputed papular star actor.. he is giving promotion to this film every where in India.. because he is already papular in south india, north Too , but Bollywood is wider people Market, film have to reach well to get 1000 cr success.. he got less amount of salary, for this film due to big star cast .. he is the face of ps 1 .. he has paid extra amount compared to other actors in this film... Because he having fan following & audience in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu & kannada so totally more than jayam Ravi & Karthi... If u have doubt see & check top 10 actors in Kollywood tamil .... Vikram is having strong seat .. but jayam Ravi ,& karthi , they r after Vikram sir position only.. in future they will be or won't be ? Their luck & talent..will make it .
But now chiyaan doing current film with Ranjith, directs Vikram getting near 25 crore..
... But his competitors getting more than him .. without any taking risk & hard work, when compared to him .. this is the world ,we r living..... What to do ? & for i movie, he didn't get National award... No value for hard work & acting talent & dedication . Because he doesn't have any luck in his life .... Only talent & hardworking & definitely 200 % dedication... for i movie His kidney damaged by 30 % .. due to his physical variation. Food method. For this particular movie.. how he depressed with this . & Got treatment.. But he won't show anything suffering face to the world.. he don't want to pityness from people.. he shows

Only 150 days unbelievable , i think so much of pre production work, and there is no reshoot i feel and even editor had minimal work, because what director want to show the audience that thing only shot.
I love trishakrishnan, my favorite actor.

The movie was epic and cool!!! First of all a shoutout and applause to the technical team behind the movie.. Art Director: Thotta Tharani, DOP: Ravi Varman, Music and BGM: ARR and also kudos to the make up and costume designers...
The 'story' is the king and the 'captain' is the director. Director Mani Ratnam sir has showcased and showed justice to the Novel written by Kalki Krishnamurthy sir... If Kalki sir was with us now, he must have praised Mani sir for the movie created.
Star cast has shown great performance for the roles given to them. Let it be Vikram, Aishwarya Rai and Lekshmi, Trisha, Parthiben, Nasar, Lal, Prabhu, Karthik, Jayaram and all other Co stars everybody has done their part so well.. Here, story is the king hence Mani sir, without imjecting too much mass into the movie, he went according to the book. Mass performances were all suttle without any single character over doing anything. Even though Jayam Ravi performed well, ofcourse he's a good character, I felt instead of him an other actor would have performed a bit more better. That doesn't mean he didn't show justice to the character but still......
The way Ravi Varman captured frames in this movie was outstanding. He bought out all the beauty of the women characters in this movie. By focusing more on them.... Especially I loved the scene before interval where Vikram talks about the past and the camera was on him for good 5-7 minutes. Not only this there are 'N' number of other scenes as well. .
ARR as usual has proved his music scores. Very well scored the bgm for the movie according to the pace of the movie..
Not concerned abt CGI or Vfx..
Proper hardcore Tamil language is used in the movie, hence subtitles helped me and I will again watch the Malayalam version as well. I heard dubbing for all the languages were perfect. Climax has been a bit confused and it concluded well for the 2nd part..
I haven't read the novel so far, hence I shall buy the Malayalam or English version and will read it..
**** Brilliant movie**** Eagerly waiting for the 2nd part and please please do not do a comparison with RRR, Bahubali or KGF.. This is purely story based and not action based...
