Yes blew the cobwebs out of it haha it wasn't so bad later on but chopping the rows we had raked up for the big chopper were a bit of a challenge for it.
White was on the blower and still has that flat tire. I was still mowing with the 6280, and I did want to use the 1594 but I haven't fixed the air con on it yet, and Dad didn't want to melt into a puddle in the cab. lol 3070 worked ok, might be better a little underpowered anyway, keep from breaking things.
If it Rubber cupler i need to tear good amount of guts out of chopper and it Will cost alot if u need to get made cast first then rubber star. We payed about 10.000 euros for cast and rubber to be made then we sold cast to one company back then 3 guys around us had old New Holland choppers one costom had 3 and 2 had broke
Yeah we've gotten a bunch of parts from them in the past. We actually found them from a salvage yard in Ontario. A lot of the older NH combines used the same transmission and hydrostatic motor I guess. Thanks for the comment!
That played me out just watching you cut. I have never worked that fast in my life... Alfalfa looks good.
lol, that was actually how fast we were all moving trying to get that 860 out and geared up but I never filmed it. Thanks Brent.
Great awesome video. Hope u can get parts for that still that is so old
Got them from teaswater, used on combines too. She'll be back up and running soon
Typical to farming, machines fail at the worst time. Always good to have a backup plan or two.
Yes Wayne always the way it goes. Would be nice to have a little better backup plan though lol
Nice view up there
Hope you get chopper fixed up soon
Thanks, yeah we got it apart just waiting on parts and it'll be back up and running.
Bugger didn't want that breaking 😮glad u got it done 👍
Yes just about the worst possible thing to break haha. Waiting on parts now it'll be back for corn for sure.
Looked like the 3070 had all she wanted on the chopper. Never hurts to work em hard now and then.

Our stuff rarely breaks when we don’t use it. Always when you need it😂 good luck
I don't know seems like some of our stuff breaks sitting in the shed too hahaha
Why the 3070 in the harvester and not the white,6280,or the 1594?👍.

This one is just a steel splined sleeve. We have them on the way, shouldn't be too expensive of a repair just a lot of work.
@@macfarms we had that rubber star shaped peace brake
I think the deer flies conspired to break the 1915 so you all had to be outside working on it. I sure do not miss deer flies or horse flies....
I don't see how anybody could miss them lol
Well, farming is not easy!
No that's right, nobody said it was easy lol
I see you open a field like I do, outside round first. Do you get many comments about you're doing it backwards?
Hahaha yes I have in the past. Honestly I open them up "the right way" plenty too just depends on the field or the day or what mood I'm in 😆
heres a comment
