A person has little to do with consciousness. A persona is and created illusionary maze. No person is conscious. You can’t give consciousness to anyone , you simply cannot give what someone already is. That’s absurd. Shi Heng Yo once said in a video that you should never give up that alone implies he is not conscious of himself he as well mentioned that he has a urge to be a perfectionist. Despite your liking he lives as a persona , he is not conscious and consciousness is nothing you obtain or reach. Put effort into reaching your body ? Stupid isn’t it ? Putting effort into something that is already at you. Same for consciousness. Nothing that is already here can’t be reached and the more you try to reach something the further away it becomes. If I point a gun at you and there is even the slightest muscle spasm that alone indicates there is resistance within you which means you are not conscious. You won’t like it but a person cannot love , a mind itself is incapable of love so a person.
Going on, even if times are rough, clear outer Action, inner strength , developp more resilience to go for his own life, you can only give what you know from lnside from my own life experience and socialisation, have it, feel it inside to say it in my own words. Differentiate Digital and Real life experience to integrate the way it fits to the own life , then you can share it and give it to others.
