You talk a lot about training your non-dominant leg in this video
Would you say that maybe by trying to improve the non-dominant leg the ultimate progression of your dominant leg might suffer?
As in a person who is good with both legs can’t have one leg that is much much better ?
So if you just concentrated on one leg then that could be trained to an even higher level?
The supporting leg uses different muscles to the kicking leg so if you build the muscles that support in your kicking leg could they hamper it when kicking?

I’ve considered that. Training only one side brings its own set of problems; overuse injuries for one, muscular imbalances, and repetitive strain are others. There also the phenomenon I’ve noticed whereby training my non-dominant leg also, somehow improves my dominant leg. I have no idea why, but no matter how much I train my left leg, it never gets better than the right. 🤷♂️

Soft weak and worthless kick in a bs traditional martial art system. All is waste of time with it. Practice Muay Thai instead
