    I'm so proud that at 65 I can do this whole workout. I don't do many of this length, and had to follow the pregnancy modifications on the floor to protect wrists and elbows, but that's why I went for the Superman variation. I sweat loads! Thanks for all the options you offer, Amy!

    My first Barre Burn workout and I LOVED IT!!!! The older I get the harder it is for me to jump around, and this got my heart rate up and worked my muscles as well. Great teaching Amy! Thanks for all the modifications.

    I know you're classes are thoughtful for pre during and post pregnancy but I have found the modification's really useful for my post hysterectomy recovery. I'm 53, and it was absolutely necessary (done 6/11/2020). I feel empowered by the exercises and as I heal little by little my strength improves. I'm just grateful and wanted to let you know you're programs good for this menopause gal too. 😊

    This was so good. I’m 21 weeks prenatal and this is just what I wanted. Loved that it was low impact but still got my heart rate up. I feel so long, lean and strong, even if I don’t look it right now😆

    My thighs were burning from the pliés in the first 5 minutes! (But a good burn : )) Loved this workout, especially the sequence on the mat with the leg lifts, bridge and superwoman variations. Amy, you are an amazing teacher. Thank you!

    I loved this workout! I like Pilates, but have never tried a barre workout. I like how it was similar, but had that “burn” aspect. Definitely had me sweating!
