This songs comforts me. My daughter was killed in a traffic accident almost 3 years ago (April, 2017). As a mother I kept asking over and over "where is she?" I am learning to let the mystery be--and return to this song over and over as needed.

Your wisdom- foisted on you to find it maybe by the greatest tragedy, and I'm so sorry- it's admirable and I won't forget it.
I realised today that we each have a threshold, beyond which are the stars, and we discover alone where that is.

Yes Natalie, the sound engineer that laid down this track with these artists, deserves more than a Grammy. I've watched / listened to this in high-def on Spotify and I can say with certainty it may be the most profound recording I've ever heard in my 50+ years of being an audiophile. Even more impressive is he accomplished it in someone's home, not in studio !!

Oh yes, this is what I seem to Know :)
The NDE's -some of which just cannot be doubted, are enough evidence that there is something.
But if not (if a 'scientist' thinks that is merely 'the lack of oxygen', when what about those when were actually dead for a while and came back!?
Many 'Scientists' are not really rational, but support their materialist viewpoint quite irrationally!
But, failing that, we have our own being to delve into... I think we all know it unconsciously, I would wager... But it may be deeply buried..!
Some of my own evidence, and I am no 'New ager', or Buddhist/Hindu, is that past lives have come tome when I was working on current problems... I was not and still don't seek them out!
And it is almost also like it is 'not me' as well!
But like the song suggests, it is still good to keep an open mind and let people believe what they want to :)@@loriosterweil982

Everybody's wonderin' what and where they they all came from
Everybody's worryin' 'bout where they're gonna go
    When the whole thing's done
But no one knows for certain
And so it's all the same to me
I think I'll just let the mystery be
Some say once you're gone you're gone forever
And some say you're gonna come back
Some say you rest in the arms of the Saviour
If in sinful ways you lack
Some say that they're comin' back in a garden
Bunch of carrots and little sweet peas
I think I'll just let the mystery be
Everybody's wonderin' what and where they they all came from
Everybody's worryin' 'bout where they're gonna go
    When the whole thing's done
But no one knows for certain
And so it's all the same to me
I think I'll just let the mystery be
Some say they're goin' to a place called Glory
    And I ain't saying it ain't a fact
But I've heard that I'm on the road to purgatory
And I don't like the sound of that
I believe in love and I live my life accordingly
But I choose to let the mystery be
Everybody is wondering what and where they they all came from
Everybody is worryin' 'bout where they're gonna go

Quite simply, without hyperbole, this is my favorite and the most emotionally compelling video on TH-cam. When Iris was in this phase of her career, she was intense, vulnerable, unbelievably powerful; and even unhappy, nervous and disturbed. She would sit in her dressing room alone for 30 minutes after a show, composing herself. She's the only artist I ever saw that made grizzled bikers blubber :) What a genius!
