A thorough video on putting your anthuriums in orchid pon. I really hope they do well and I'm very interested to see any updates. I'm so so tempted to convert to pon but I'm waiting to see your updates and final verdict on this growing medium. I'm very happy to see Royce is happy and wagging his tail! Such a beautiful boy. I hope you're doing well. xx

Heya hun, so far the plants are doing well in pon. I will do a check in on the orchid pon so you can see how the plants do over the next few weeks. Yea Royce is lovely but a hand full! I'm doing okay thanks, hope you're well. xx
Hey 👋🏽 another great video 👍🏾thank you for explains what pon is and the ph levels. I was looking for the link in the description for the pots your using, but I couldn’t see it. Any chance you could send it to me when you get a minute please. Happy Sunday 🪴

Heya, thank you very much. You are welcome, i'm glad it was helpful. Ahh the link to the pots below - rocknrolljungle.co.uk/collections/aroid-pot
It's good to see that pon is working for you, your plants are gorgeous. I can't seem to get the balance right with full hydroponics and self watering, I only end up with root rot! I've started doing well with my Rock N Roll Jungle crystallinum and el choco red, not without yellow spots and leaf breakage from wrong watering/humidity levels initially. I suppose it's just a learning game and you will only learn when you fix your mistakes
With self watering pots, you’re not suppose to use the water reservoir the first two weeks. I don’t have the reservoir filled to the top for the first 6 weeks of using it, only about half. I hope that makes sense and helps xx
@@tinliv315 thanks for the advice! I will have to give this another go :)

Heya Riss, thank you very much. It is very much a learning game but I started with semi hydro first in a basic substrate like perlite and then experimented a little more. I'll be using my first self watering pot but as Tin has said you don't want to do the full set up as soon as you start you have to let the plant slowly adapt.

@ I'm doing well, too. Keep those videos coming, I really enjoy them.
That makes me happy :)
Could you do an anthurium propagation video please. I have quiet a few but not sure how to propagate them xx
Hi Tin, hope all is well. Yes, I have thought about doing one so will think about which plant I can propagate and do a step by step. x
