@@e4ehco21 as lockstein said, its just easier to explain. fuseing the 3 dragons means that it would be entierly fan made, from its looks down to its very stats and lore entries. it would be impossible to gauge where it would place alongside the other earthen pokemon.
That aside it would not have survived in the end due to Yveltal as none of the 3 dragons are ever shown to be space worthy, where as Necrozma's only method of winning against Arceus is to absorb it as lore wise arceus is stronger then all (of this realms pokemon..... so yeah not counting ultra beasts) and is able to swap its typing on a whim due to its plates. this requires either terminal makes a cool fan made version, or he just covers necrozmas victory screen with nothing but bright white to symbolize the new output of light necrozma has.

Fun fact: Selebi was trying to escape the battle using his time travel powers. He teleported to last point of the timeline, but he didn't know that it will be moment when dialga died. Thats why he was so confused when he appeared
Oh that's really smart, it's the last point of the timeline because with Dialga dead time does not exist anymore. There is literally no point in time where Dialga is dead, so time ends with his death.

@@TheBlazingBarrager Not sure about that, He is meant to be the Shadow Of Arceus, the Darkness to Arceus' light, Giratina's antimatter to Arceus' matter, The Destruction to Arceus' creation. He is the Antithesis to the Creation Trio essentially, which is a terrifying prospect. So, I imagine ultimately if Giratina actually gave a crap about this battle, he would have battled Ultra Necrozma (Who wins by "Absorbing Arceus' light" Giratina doesn't have "light" it is Darkness

Another alternate ending:
Giratina, who dipped to the Distortion Realm, appears at the end and sends Ultra Necrozma to the Distortion Realm before it could attack Arceus. Giratina looks up to its father, to the creator that banished it, and forgives Arceus.
Arceus vaporizes him.
Distortion world is out of bounds that's how genesect was eliminated

It would only delay it, While giratina would have the type advantage with his ghost typing necrozma would have the power of victinis victory and escape after killing the banished lord of the lost.
Honestly that end bit is pretty great to me, because it answers the age old matchup: unstoppable force vs immovable object, the answer is time splits, and in one time the unstoppable force wins, while in the other the immovable object wins.
Wasn't the answer that it was an impossible scenario because the unstoppable force and the immovable object can't co-exist at the same time because science and if they were to exist at the same time they would just destroy eachother?

I expect that Giratina just went, "Screw this, I'm gonna bounce" and dipped into the Distortion World once Yveltal got clapped, therefore disqualifying him. He's probably roommates with Genesect, and he really appreciates the company.
Headcanon: The timeline split was partly caused by the conflict between God being infallible and Victini guaranteeing Necrozma's victory.

@@mr-not-so-creative Eh? Primal Groudon's ability, Desolate Land, creates a kind of super Sunny Day that stops all water moves. The only things that can stop it are Mega Rayquaza's Delta Stream, and Primal Kyogre's Primordial Sea. Delta Stream negates both of the others regardless of entry order, but just like how using Rain Dance under Sunny weather changes it to rain, sending in P!Kyogre after Pdon will change the super sun to super rain. I think that's the logic used in the video, since Kyogre enters the scene after Groudon.

I must say, out of all of them, I say giratina's the kindest and most merciful legendary pokemon. Sending Genesect into the distortion world sounds merciful, it's basically out of bounds. Genesect didn't die, just get disqualified. I had my money on Giratina but he only appeared once on screen......where did my man go?

I like to think when Yveltal died, Giratina just noped out of there into the distortion world, disqualifying himself. And besides, even when if he came back, he would be killed by Necrozma.
This debate has always been interesting, and there’s way too many different interpretations you can go with. The biggest problem we face however is that it’s incredibly unlikely Necrozma survives as long as it did, and there’s a few key factors that explain why.
1. He assumed absorbing Victini’s infinite power would allow it to be a considerable opponent for Dialga, Palkia, and even Arceus, and this, is flat out false, as we know when Necrozma absorbs power it isn’t a 1-1 thing, it’s actually incredibly inefficient with its power which is clearly shown when you compare the stats of Dusk Mane and Dawn Wing to the base form, so it’s clearly not a 1-1 conversion, but then for follows we have the situation of knowing that various legendary Pokémon are in similar power brackets to Dialga and Palkia thanks to the Hoopa movie, now, I’m going to stand at a statement and say the winner would either be Kyurem or Arceus leaning towards Arceus (Since Kyurem is still on record for in lore being “The Strongest Dragon.”) but the only reason standing for that is because Arceus is Arceus and Kyurem is the strongest Dragon which canonically makes it stronger than Rayquaza who can put down two of the strongest legendaries Primal Groudon and Kyogre in base considering the Lore, so effectively absorbing the energy of the sun would be meaningless because Bruh Macargo puts out that much power, and as stated 1-1 conversion on power simply isn’t a thing, which was already proven with Kyurem back in B2W2 because Hilbert was still able to defeat Ghetsis despite him using White Kyurem. (Also if Kyurem is the strongest Dragon then that means it’s stronger than true forme Necrozma since it’s also a dragon.)

I suppose giratina could send it to the distortion world, but I don't think that would stop it, as the distortion world is just the normal world, but distorted. You still occupy the same physical plane of existence as the regular world.

The best part was entei, it’s the best doggo-mon (in my opinion) and the barking is so funny in the montage. It would be HILARIOUS and something I would listen to is the barking, and volcano explosions as like a music thing.
I mean, I would've liked to see Solgaleo actually _do_ something. Y'know, 'the beast that devours the sun'?
Also, I'm curious if Victini's 'guaranteed victory' entries say anything that might help it win illogically, ala Pocoloco.

Because Pokedex entries work far better as local tales and rumours rather than scientific measurements and observations.

Thus, Victini's power ensures that Necrozma wins...but to go against Arceus, it can not ensure a victory, the beat it can do is splitting the timeline to cause a "double victory draw".

The Necrozma fusion was a "Just For Fun" scenario depicting its ultimate victory. For there to be a fusion of the original Tao Dragon, it would still need to participate in the rest of the fight in that theoretical form.

@@megaagentj2248 They don't know the lore of the Original Dragon. They added Arceus Necrozma because it was the end of the video and it did not affect anything in any match-up against anyone else.
I think it would have been hilarious if they added in a really dramatic 10-20ish second scene of the Original Dragon taking form, just for it to be defeated by stepping on Keldeo

I think it's in the order of events where Yveltal dies before Xerneas does. Meaning every mon on the planet "dies" before getting resurrected and thus counts towards "disqualification" under Battle Royale standard rules.
Honestly, we should be asking about the pancaked dog trio and their rainbow chicken master. I know mickey Ho-oh is supposed to be the phoenix, he even raised them in this video, but dog of wisdom Entei still borked even after getting flattened. Do we just classify that as "fainted" or do we just label it as "dead but rainbow chicken cheated and thus got himself and his posse disqualified; mew2 please roast him"?
Xerneas might have died before Yveltal so it might not have been able to counter it.

Giratina should have been a bigger player; It would be at the cost of it's own life, but the antimatter it's comprised of would, upon annihilation, detonate with about a force of 33.75 gigatons killing everything in an 85km radius and causing destruction and burns up to 838km radius.

These pokemon games keep making our mind that water is all superior than fire, but what if there is such an intense source of fire strong enough to vaporize all/almost all the water? They never gave us this option.

@@leandrofod In real life, lava can win against water, or the reverse can happen. It simply depends on which there is more of and how hot/cold they are. Ice, on the otherhand, is supprisingly strong against lava and lava can flow over it for a while before it melts. My point is that real science backs your idea and regice actually makes some sense.

It seems like Necrozma primarily absorbs power from light sources and similarly light powered Pokemon. Victini was simply stated as giving energy to any who touches it.
And then you start to wonder: "What if Necrozma absorbed everything in its entirety?"

I'm just sitting here wondering about Mew. I mean, Mew can use just about any move, can survive in space, and some other things, so it makes sense that it could at least survive to the end. Then again, Mew is pretty peaceful and might have just been like "I don't want to kill anyone, so I'm just gonna leave. After playing around a little bit of course."
You know after playing BDSP/Legends and coming back to this, I wonder if the Lake Trio were underutilized in this. Given their role (beyond the emotions) were to keep Dialga and Palkia in check, they might have been able to heavily impact some of the legendaries. Would they win the overall battle? Absolutely not. But they could definitely turn the tides or possibly could have caused a draw by uniting to calm the emotions, wipe the memories, and drain the willpower of some of the plausible contenders.

I'd like to think the reason for the timeline split at the end is due entirely to Ultra Necrozma's inevitable victory and Arceus (being the creator of all) knows this and instead splits reality into two so that it can still defeat Necrozma
Nah. Lore arceus is way too powerful for necrozma to stand a chance. The only reason necrozma got the 50/50 is that you “could” interpret arceus as a being of light and necrozma absorbs light
Ultra Necrozma would never form in the first place, unless it was dumped into the battle AS Ultra Necrozma. There are so many prescient pokemon and guardian-of-something-necrozma-would-destroy pokemon here that it would be hunted down with extreme prejudice way before then - and base form necrozma is only just an OK pokemon.

Necrozma only knows how to consume light. If necrozma didn't consume victini, mewtwo's blast might have done more. Mewtwo took out those three elemental pokemon here, and their creator, too. All in the span of a few seconds. It would be a tough fight, but winnable.

Ok, so given a new bit of information we got from Legends Arceus... Arceus wins. The Arceus we see in the games isn't the real thing. It's merely an aspect of Arceus, a creation made to see the world through the eyes of mortals as the companion to a trainer. And if the Arceus we know is just a piece of the main thing... Yeah. Arceus wins. That other reality doesn't exist. Ultra Necrozma never stood a chance. If this piece of Arceus has stats that high, how much bigger would the true Arceus be?

Let's face it, there's a reason ultra necrozma has a nearly identical color palette to arceus.
Well, I mean, Arceus in the video is assumed to be unbeatable because it's literally God already. It's just that Necrozma also literally cannot lose because Victini said so, full stop. So neither can possibly be defeated, thus the timeline split.
This is why Necrozma is my favorite legendary aside from Zygarde. It's a cool krystal alien with forms and cool signature moves. Plus shiny solgaleo and lunala are so cool especially mixed with necrozma. Ultra nec shiny kinda sucks tho. Coulda been darker blue to represent a blue star or maybe red for a red giant, or lots of colors for a supernova

Mewtwo and Deoxys could, but once Palkia and Dialga enter the fray, plus with how crazy powerful Necrozma has become, neither of them would stand much of a chance. I do wish there was more Giratina, but it might not have done any better than the other two.

I like the Pokemon Legends Arceus explanation of Arceus's less than ridiculously maxed out stats being that the Arceus we encounter/capture as trainers is a nerfed copy of Arceus and not actually the creator's true form. I mean if it was then the goofy sword dog would be a more powerful God than Arceus.
I like how, due to Legends, we now know that any Arceus we've captured/encountered has specifically been an avatar with only a small fragment of its power, and not Arceus itself. That makes its stats make more sense, in retrospect, with the implication that the true, real Arceus has unquantifiable stats/unlimited power befitting of an all-creator.
Also probably means that Necrozma would have no actual chance against the real deal, as it's already a toss up between Necrozma and the Arceus *avatar*.
Yea, but I'm pretty sure when this original video was made, they weren't thinking about Arceus being at a fraction of its power. I feel like this was in their eyes meant to be the true representation of Arceus and not an avatar that it sends out. Remember they used the Dex entries, not stats. That means the info they took from Arceus was just that it created the universe, that alone was true representation of Arceus over just using in game stats. Legends Arceus only explained why we the player get to use Arceus, but not that the avatar itself is what created the universe. Therefore, we shouldn't think of Arceus in the Legendaries and Mythicals Battle Royale as the avatar the player gets, but the actual Arceus in lore.

But again, the one in the videos is definitely the avatar, and not the real deal, because ALL information we have is specifically on that avatar, aside from knowing that it is, in fact, only an avatar. The avatar isn't what created the universe, the avatar is merely a reward given to players that challenge it and "succeed". I say that in quotation marks because the Arceus we fought in Legends Arceus wasn't actually defeated by us. We merely proved ourselves to it and it gave us a reward, that's why we don't even catch Arceus we fought, and it instead gives us a different one. It was the real deal going easy on us, not and avatar going all out.
The Pokédex data isn't about the avatar, it's about the real feats of Arceus creating the universe. The avatar is only an explanation for why the player character can even catch one, not that the Pokédex data we have is based on the avatar's exploits. Since the avatar didn't exist until we received it from Arceus itself.
I get what you're saying but the Battle Royale was going off of lore and the Pokédex data of the Arceus that created the universe, not the avatar that is given to trainers for impressing Arceus. A quote from Arceus "I bestow upon thee a part of MYself", meaning we are talking to the real Arceus. It creates an avatar after we "defeat" it.
Even then if you check the Legend Arceus Dex entry, it makes no mention of an avatar but rather the mythological exploits of Arceus creating the universe. Probably because the Pokédex entry is about real Arceus, not the avatar we received. Afterall Dex entries always talk about the legends behind Arceus, not that the avatar we catch exudes "I created the universe". They don't collect data from the avatar, they do it from their world's mythology and legends.
I tried putting it into paragraphs to better space out what I'm saying to see if it makes sense. I don't know if I got my point across all that well, or if you'll read something so long.
TLDR; The Arceus we know of from the Pokédex is in fact depicting the real Arceus, not the avatar.

Remember, the "Pokemon" Arceus is what is known as an Avatar; a physical embodiment of a God's being. While powerful, they are certainly capable of being defeated, even by mortals.

Honestly Giratina is probably one of the only legendaries who could contest with necrozma (possibly even ultra necrozma). As it can contest with palkia and dialga together and comes from a world where there ain’t exactly much light. If Gira brought necrozma to the distortion world early on I would reckon that Gira would win fairly easily. Of course, this is all just theory.
