Awesome you got that upgrade! I've had three 100AH SOK's in my van for almost 3 years-but just the basic batteries, no heater. They have all worked flawlessly.
Been running 24v SOK batteries in my van for a while now. The original BMS was a little wonky on my 2 year old set but after upgrading them to the current version thanks to the excellent support they are EXCELLENT. I don’t believe there is a better bang for the buck for Lifepo4 batteries!
The batteries are great. I installed a 320 Empire lithium battery and changed out to a 3000 W inverter. With that size inverter, I could run the air conditioner, but you have to be careful of the temperature of the inverter and battery. When I’m stationary, I open up the compartment for better airflow. I can’t wait for the video when you replace your back window.
I like all your videos, but I’m a real big fan of the ones like this where you’re doing a mod or a build. I know it will be a big job; however, I’m waiting for that day when you upgrade your van and start from scratch…again (I hope a sponsor will step up). I find your thought process and explanation so relaxing. Keep doing what you’re doing!!
Nice build on that battery. Good to see. Sorry to see the old battery trouble, but understandable thing to forget given all that was going on before you left. And was actually meant to be because the new one looks awesome. Like everyone else, really admire your electrical work. That's gotta be the thing most people struggle with/ hate doing and yours is a work of art.
I was able to trade an old car I had for a town and country touring with new tires and engine overhaul. So much space for me. Only issue is it has in the connect radio keeps randomly restarting. Don’t know how to fix that. Might just have to get an aftermarket unit. I guess in need to come up with a. Same for my new beast lol

When I get out there in suv or van life, i will know that battery is it. Seems to be the bomb for batteries.
