Don't get Clapped by Surface Pros Concrete!!

8/26/24 of this old house contractor hack-jobs...redoing the CLAPPED out culvert that Rich Clapper from Surface Pros Concrete installed. Not only did he NOT pull a permit with the township (maybe because he lied about being a licensed contractor), he also laid the corrugated drainage pipe backwards AND the culvert was not pitched to code AND he did not lay ANY gravel or ANY type of geo-textile sheeting to protect the sand from eroding that he dumped into the ditch.
So don't get CLAPPED like I did by Rich Clapper from Surface Pros Concrete from Columbiaville Michigan.
