Rich Clapper from Surface Pros Concrete out of Columbiaville Mi talked a good game when he quoted this job. Said when he's done the homestead will look fabulous!! Talked about how he is a licenced and insured contractor with 25yrs experience. Quoted me 4500psi cement with fiber. Well not only did he lie about being a licenced contractor, his skill set is that of an apprentice and he cheated me and poured 3500psi cement with no fiber reinforcement thinking I was going to be none the wiser. He also stiffed paying the cement company on their delivery which then fell on me. This is after me paying him for the job 100%.
Now I'm paying another contractor to rip out his hack job and redo it all because I can't stand looking at it any longer. Plus the steps are a huge safety concern
