Looks wonderful Estee. I'm sure hubby appreciates all your efforts down to the presentation of the food and your lovely self. Dinner dates at home is the best! I also love cooking special meals like these. Thanks for sharing.
My son found a kids cookbook at the library so the children took charge of dinner yesterday and my son made French toast and we all helped make fully loaded frittata muffins for dinner. Everyone got to put their ingredients in and they were delicious.
What a wonderful and delicious meal! I've been wanting to try making homemade pasta. My wonderful husband got me a stand mixer for Christmas, and I really want to get the pasta attachment. It will flatten the dough and cut the pasta for you! Thanks for sharing!!!
Making pasta really is much easier than it looks. The first couple times it will take a while, but once you get used to how the dough should feel in your hands you can whip up a batch in 30 min with 2 ingredients, and it's so much better. Best of luck!

@@Asme1111-t8h Exactly, pasta is empty calories. Our ancestors didn't eat that, they got all their calories from animal fat and protein, and only very little carbs from the glycogen in animal blood or milk. Hi, Estee! Your dinner looked delicious! Also, you may want to take a look at a half moon knife or mezzaluna knife. What's sad alot of people look down on those who stay home I'm one of those who is a stay at home mom. But others judge even older people from the time era that did stay home.
@@missgrim4646 I think it's not so much of looking down on you and it's more of projecting. Everyone is different and many people would hate not having their career life at all, so when they hear your situation they might react negatively because it's hard for them to imagine being happy in your situation. I respect that you live like this, I just don't like when people are forced into unwanted roles by ignorant and stereotypical thinking. If its your choice, then that's great and what you're doing is incredibly valuable.

Rock on girl! 20 years ago I couldn’t figure out why I felt so out of place. But I get it now. The 90s was a terrible time for girls. Thank you for promoting what’s true and good.
As a woman, this video sort of triggered me because I think having gendered roles growing up in a very traditional, patriarchal family was difficult for me-I often found it unfair that my father was able to sit around and wait to be served, criticize me for not being a “good enough” daughter (by way of helping and supporting him) while my mother took care of the majority of the cleaning, cooking, child rearing all while working a full time job. My father was also incredibly controlling over the way money was spent, and lost the money my sister earned during her internship to a investment scheme. He held all of the power and failed to provide any of the emotional nurturance, was incredibly controlling about the way family money was spent, and was either completely emotionally absent, critical and judgmental, or volatile while I was growing up. I guess I have a very different perspective about gendered roles than many others. Edit: I guess I should also note my dad was physically abusive. I was terrified and often felt unsafe around him. I still have trouble feeling safe around men in general because of my childhood experiences.
I love that you glorify the 50s the way you do. Sure, there were imperfections like any other time. But the 50s truly were such a beautiful, fabulous time. ❤
Why can’t I find a woman like you in the 90s when I was marrying age, your husband is so lucky I get a tear every time I see your videos gives me hope for the future of mankind
The kitchen is where I struggle. I can cook a good meal from scratch, but my husband is so picky!!!! It’s even more difficult when he’s on his keto diet phase, but I learn to adapt to his needs. 😅
My husband is a chef so I'm put to shame until he got me an instant pot and a mixer. I'm cooking up a storm now and rarely burn anything in the instant pot. I saute first or I broil last. I'll cook anything in instant pot then crisp it up in fryer or broiler if I don't saute first. My cook time cut way down. Less burnt food. And if I'm late taking it out of the freezer it's still OK I'm not late with dinner anymore. Now my chef husband is drooling over my dinners. Took me 8 yrs lolol but if he growls when he walks in that's a good sign lolol. I was never a cook. I even pickle onions and peppers now they are so delicious on sandwiches, salad, baked potatoes and more. I do lots of large cold salads especially if my husband grills we make extra to eat on for 3 days. Chicken salad, fruit salad, broccoli salads and pasta salads. Super easy for summer or with lots of guests in town, for busy times of year or odd schedules.
I think any “hate” you get is because there’s a stigma that traditional wives are mistreated by some overly toxic masculine man that takes advantage of them. When in reality, both partners can be respectful, have their roles and it doesn’t have to be so extreme. Men can help with kids, cleaning and cooking if a woman feels overwhelmed. I think a lot of women that claim to be feminists would rather a marriage like this instead of being ghosted, cheated on, abused and a guy who just wants to hook up. But unfortunately in our culture feminism is “in” right now. Again, not being a feminist doesn’t mean you think women should be dummies and cater to some abusive dominant males needs. It really can be a mutually respectful relationship where both partners have their roles.
So stoked to see this! I wish I did more homemaking before we had our baby because it’s so hard to find the time to do these things. I kept working while pregnant to make sure we could build our savings to get by on one income after I gave birth. Your one hell of a woman !!! Beautiful and a great cook ! That’s so nice to see these days ! And u take good care of yourself ! I hope your hubby treats u well !
That looked fantastic! If you are going to cut pasta by hand it is easier if you fold it in half then following the fold in the same direction fold in half a couple more times then you only have to make very small cuts and it'll come out wonderfully and you'll get evenly sliced pasta. Also if you add a little bit of the pasta water to your vodka sauce it'll make it more creamy and smooth and stick to every noodle. I am sure your husband appreciates you tremendously!
To have a Godly wife who is loyal and desires to fullfill the feminine role as all that any man wants, your husband is blessed by Jesus Christ and I pray he thanks him everyday for it

This is the content the world is sorely needing. Traditional women. Way to go Estee
There’s so much more I’d love to see from your channel: more recipes you cook for you and your husband, fashion, and maybe a day in the life of videos. I love how unapologetic you are about your values and your lifestyle. It’s a beautiful thing. Hope to see more!
You're husband is an extremely lucky man! For many different reasons!
ah yes, "you are husband"
reason number one: he married a childish half a brain who doesn't want to grow up and be responsible for herself, so he can do whatever the hell he wants to do to her, if he ever feels like it
Looks wonderful Estee.
Everyone got to put their ingredients in and they were delicious.
aaaaw!! I sure hope that is something you do on the regular, or if not maybe you will, that sounds like some beautiful memories
This is a great idea! I have all my oldest kids help with dinner! It's a great learning experience for them for real life! 😊
I personally can't function in a home thats not clean, well organized and peaceful. ❤ i love how you're inspiring other women!
Girl me too!!!! The home has to be clean and tidy for me to feel peace inside ❤
@@DavidLodgeclassof Thanks! I am gluten intolerant, so I'm a little nervous to attempt a gluten free version, but I really want to give it a try! It looks like fun 😊
@Ms. D I guess Italian men are a figment of imagination
@@Asme1111-t8h lol. Because the French are known for their manly men, right? Very drole
Real Food? Made from "Scratch"? The Hell You Say, Ladies? Love you, Estee! You and your husband make a cute coupling. Respect to the BOTH of you.
Thanks for this! It’s inspiring to see how much joy you get from serving your husband. ❤
I mean this in the nicest way (as a stay at home mom with 3 kids 3 and under), but I’m interested to see what your cooking looks like after kids. I only get to make all out dinners like this every once in a while now. I miss it. I’m glad that you find value in a traditional life and that you spread that message and what it can look like for others that might not realize that it’s still an option.
I have 6 kids ages 15-1 and it's hard when they a little,it gets a lot easier once they are older. I cook all 3 meals every day and they help, I want them to learn a love for cooking. Just do your best!! That's all anyone can ask! ❤️
It's ok. When you have kids you dont always have time for home cooked meals from scratch
I have 2 and I dont always have the time or I do get tired. I do everything around the house and there are nights I dont feel like it. It's ok. Some people can say otherwise but they're wrong.
Watching these videos about at-home cooking reminds me of being a little kid, and making dessert or dinner with my mom.
You two are one of the most adorable couples on the entire planet! You deserve all the happiness and love you can find together!

I can't imagine how much you husband appreciates you. I've only come across this video and I'm in love ❤
I would love a collaborative video with your husband with an honest look at a traditional marriage. Address what a standard work weekday looks like. Lay it out. I think young women need to have a clear choice.
@@Asme1111-t8h I have heard she makes what he likes. That makes sense. My guess is she’ll make suggestions. Unfortunately many guys are picky eaters. I eat everything and I have the figure to prove it.
@@Asme1111-t8h Right, I just want to eat ribeye steak every day.
We're not evolved to eat plants, grains or creme brulee.
We evolved as carnivores, that's the optimal human diet.
Well I’m sure he can just open his mouth and tell her if he wants something else. No big deal
@@Asme1111-t8h Exactly, pasta is empty calories. Our ancestors didn't eat that, they got all their calories from animal fat and protein, and only very little carbs from the glycogen in animal blood or milk.
Fiber is also a scam, not only is it unnecessary, it's harmful and causes constipation and other digestive issues. We're not hindgut fermenters, we're carnivores.
@@alexandraruoff3775 I sense negativity. I am sure he is giving her all she wants, too. It’s not just all about, “happy wife, happy life.”
Inspires me to be a better Man so I can find that truly worthy Woman to marry.
I love that you made homemade pasta! I recently made a few batches myself and had a blast with my fiancé taking turns rolling it out with the pasta attachments from kitchen aid. It definitely is something to be proud of! ❤
Estee, you are a true gem. The meal looked amazing! God bless you and your husband.
Humble, fun, wholesome content.
This is my husband and my fav thing now…just staying at home having a home cooked dinner. Whether it’s a date night or not, staying at home is our fav place to be anymore ❤
Us too. Plus oh my!!! It is so expensive to eat out!
Hi, Estee! Your dinner looked delicious! Also, you may want to take a look at a half moon knife or mezzaluna knife. It helps tremendously with chopping ingredients - including the leaves if you want them smaller than scissors can give. AND it avoids chopping your fingertips with the rest of the food! 😂
Well done, looks fantastic! Keep up the great work on your channel
Thank you I really appreciate that!
I am happy to see a young woman using TH-cam as a ministry to demonstrate a biblical and traditional role of American women. Thank you lady.
Biblical role? Then where are the rest of the wives?
@@albertcornett7408 you should try reading the Bible. I challenge you to give me the chapter and verse where the Lord says anything other than marriage is between one man and one woman.
I love how you inspire women to pour more into the home! I wish people would stop trying to compare men and women's jobs. Both are of value, just different! It's not about whose job is harder. What a beautiful thing for a husband to invest in his wife so she can create a beautiful nurturing environment for him and their children to thrive in!
I agree. She and her husband are awesome! As a stay at home mother and wife myself, I can tell you I appreciate just reading your words!
How are they different?
@@missgrim4646 right ?! I’m also a sahm and I agree. It’s sad!
Y’all, find a cute woman at church, then be good to her. But please have something to offer her. Don’t expect her to offer the world, and you offer nothing.
Oh my yesss I'm gonna try that creme brulee! I need to use up my eggs this week and I wanted to try making meringues so I know what to do with the leftover yolks now! Thanks 🥰
Egg yolks are also great for cleaning and conditioning hair
I think I speak for a lot of people when I say your channel is unique and amazing because you DON'T make contant videos bashing others. You just TEACH what a good wife is. No yelling, no hate, just love and learning. If people want to make a real difference that's how they're going to do it!
You capture so much in your short videos! And you made that dinner look so easy(🤣)you’ve actually inspired me to try homemade pasta!
So wholesome!
Thank you for sharing!
These types of videos are just really sweet.
Nice video, Estee! Are you going to start linking recipes you’ve made from scratch in the description box?
Ohhhh noooo I forgot to add the recipe in the description box!! Let me edit that real quick! It’s also on my Instagram on this post
After I saw your videos, my thoughts about girls in America changed 👌👌👌👌👌
She is soo cool! This is freaking awesome. With a wife like this, I bet her husband has to watch his speed going home, to keep from getting a speeding ticket! Her mother and father brought her up right. I know no matter what kind of day I have had, this what it's all about. Kudos to you, lady! Not only does she know how to cook, it is she knows how to keep her man. I know a lot of ladies could learn how to what it is to be a wife!😉
That top is cute, girl! ❤ And this looks amazing!
Your husband is a very lucky man. it's wonderful to see a woman embrace her feminine side while also respecting your husband's masculinity.
Yes it is ! She’s amazing. As a stay at home mother and wife myself, I love watching these to know I’m not alone in embracing my husbands masculinity, raising my own children exc.
I did this for a couple ex's... waiting for someone who appreciates and values these gestures enough to be the best man they can for me.
NEVER LEAVE HER AND PROTECT HER AT ALL COSTS. I wish happiness and to have mutual respect to each other to both of you. Traditional couples should show themselves a bit more so that younger people can see that there are other options of lifestyle as well.
Looks scrumptious! At home dates are the best!❤
You inspire me!!! 😍
Girl that’s so sweet of you! I try my best tons of mistakes along the way for sure haha
An inspiration for this SAHM! It gets a lot harder with babies and little kids, but i strive to be like this!
Girl you are such a ray of joy ! Keep it up 😊
You're one of the most talented woman I have ever seen. Can't wait to see you when having babies...
I love you and your husband. Wholesome, loving, caring people.
Do you let him have a workshop in the garage, too ?
That’s a lot of effort and hard work! Your husband is a super lucky man I hope he appreciates it
I love to see this! This is exactly how it is at my house as well. I love cooking for my husband. I love your videos. 😍
I love that you glorify the 50s the way you do. Sure, there were imperfections like any other time. But the 50s truly were such a beautiful, fabulous time. ❤
Lovely! I think you have so much fun doing what you do ❤
Why can’t I find a woman like you in the 90s when I was marrying age, your husband is so lucky I get a tear every time I see your videos gives me hope for the future of mankind
You are so so lucky to be able to be a stay at home wife. I hope for that one day!
Okay.......How did you NOT cry while cutting the onions?? LOL! BTW, you did a great job!
There is nothing more beautiful than a woman in her element, her beauty becomes gravitational. This is that woman!
I can’t believe it, there is one American woman who is not crazy!!!!
This woman is not only fantastically beautiful but cooks like my grandmother. Whoever is married to this woman…God Bless & cherish forever!
Hubby, get that girl a pasta attachment stand mixer.
Beautiful and virtuous as always! Thank you for being a good example and testimony for the All mighty! Your husband is blessed beyond measures!
GIRL I so wanna steal those recipes! I really wish to cook that well for my future love. Trad wives for life ❤
So stoked to see this! I wish I did more homemaking before we had our baby because it’s so hard to find the time to do these things. I kept working while pregnant to make sure we could build our savings to get by on one income after I gave birth. I love being a stay at home wife and mom, it truly is the best job (and personally the hardest) in the world. That’s coming from someone who was in the military and was in school to be a nurse… way to represent Estee! God bless you and yours! 🙏🏽
Im gonna be a stay at home mom in about two weeks... I just had my third lil baby and im going to be able to quit my job... Feeling blessed to stay home and home school my kids in these freaky times

As a sahm of 2 soon to be 3 i love your videos! Keep up the fantastic work
My jealousy knows no bounds. This is a good one, most men can't even find the bad ones anymore. 🤦♂️
As a traditional virgin man in 20s , hope I'm blessed with a wife someday.
The effort, and work she puts into her marriage, is unparalleled. May the Lord bless them.
To have a Godly wife who is loyal and desires to fullfill the feminine role as all that any man wants, your husband is blessed by Jesus Christ and I pray he thanks him everyday for it
look at you chefing it up, everything looks very good. this is a recipe i'd actually make just how you did instead of tweaking the recipe, execution was perfect!!! I like when your hubby is just checking out the pasta cutting admiring your good work.

Estee, I'm also a SAHM / homemaker. Recently I've struggled mentally, both my kids went off to school and felt like society and people outside my home expected me to "do something with myself" as if staying home wasn't good enough. Your videos have helped me settle more into my role, and reading the comments is comforting. I love being at home and taking care of my husband and kids.My husband works a manual labor type of job and chooses to eat one meal a day. I have to cook enough dinner to feed a swim team every evening to feed my family 😂 llve you videos, please keep them coming!

To all the ladies who choose to be stay at home wives/moms......you are all gems of human beings.
The fact that the majority of men are commenting "your husband is so lucky" and even one comment which read...."id work 100 hours to come home to that" I mean, THAT! She is playing up to the camera massively, this is about anything BUT being wholesome.....its about getting in front of the camera in a Marilyn Monroe like fashion appealing to the fact that lots, not all, men think with their other heads!
