- I just installed a K&N 77 SERIES CAI on my 2018 Ford F-150 3.5 EcoBoost. This is hands down the best CAI money can buy! I go over the quality and install. I also do a sound comparison from the stock air box to this 77 series. The turbo sound is incredible while driving! It will be in my next video when I do another upgrade to my F-150 "ODIN"!

@@VIKINGdad78 it looks nice and has a much louder turbo pull. I ended up installing Mishimoto turbo inlets/intercooler with charge pipes/transmission cooler and Full Race exhaust manifold. Now I get a “psssshhhhh tu tu tu tu tuuuuu” 😩🫠

@@VIKINGdad78 it’s a 2017 with 2018 Turbos. Don’t ask me how LoL. But I was talking to someone at the dealership, they told me $8k for camnphasers and oem manifold replacements. I found a better way to spend my money 😂

How are you likeing the CAI 2 months later?
I seriously like it more and more everyday! The turbo whistle is great when you're driving. The sound of the turbos really get loud once you hit 3rd gear! I'm so happy with this CAI. I did get 2 mpg increase also.
How is it working so far? Is it worth it?
I still like this CAI a lot! I seriously like it more and more everyday. I still haven't had a check engine light come on. I think some people just install it wrong. It's well worth the money. In my opinion you can't go wrong with it!
I installed one on my 2017 f150 and immediately noticed a severe drop in power and boost and now just 2 days latter getting low airflow codes to the point where my truck goes into limp mode. This happen to anyone else?
Did you install the air temp sensor correctly? Any leaks? I would check that first. There is also a small metal tube that needs to be installed in the correct position.
