You are so right about depression. People who aren't affected think "oh you just need to get out and do something". Thanks for mentioning that. Depression is as bad as any other disease. I'm so sorry for your loss. Bless you and I hope you have peace.❤

Im incredibly sorry for your loss.
It's heartbreaking to listen to your stories and grief but lovely to hear about your loved ones who passed.
It's absolutely not something you get over or even something to get over.
People can be so insensitive by saying things like that.
You never get over loss of a loved one. You learn to live around the pain.
However that looks day to day is just what it is and ok.
Thank you for sharing and in doing so, helping others.❤❤

This mom has such a sweet spirit. I have a very severely autistic son, and I can relate to her so much. I am so sorry. I can't fathom.

I don't know if Julia looks back on this video, but I hope she might and to know how beautiful she is inside and out, and what a wonderful, loving parent and person she is. How cruel it was for her to lose sweet Levi. She did a great service to those viewing this video by discussing her mental health care and conveying the importance of seeking the expertise in treatment available that is scientifically evidence-based and effective. Peace be with you Julia, and to Camille and Blake for creating this podcast during your own pain after losing Sunni. It is a gift.

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait til tomorrow
For babies grow up we've learned to our sorrow.
So quiet down cobwebs, dust go to sleep
I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep!

My husband has 40 years of fire service and is a medic. He has seen some very traumatic losses, many involving children. I am his therapist. I can tell you he was recently diagnosed with PTSD. He never forgets his patients, especially children. Of course, he has tried to bring back many children who drown. I remind him that no matter how great his diving and medic skills are, it is up to God whether he succeeds. I assure you that the professionals who were there on her worst day will never forget them.

I am so sorry your husband has PTSD but also so grateful he was willing to try and help so many people throughout his life. Thank you for also trying to console him as well.

At first I was confused why she said they were going to dinner then said it was the morning but I am guessing she meant they had made plans to go to dinner?
Also how did no one see him in the bottom of the pool? Pool water is clear. Was this winter and the pool was covered? I am not trying to be rude I am just trying to get some clarification.
My oldest brother fell in a covered pool and almost drowned I know how dangerous it can be. My heart goes out to this poor mother. May you find even an ounce of healing. My same brother that almost drowned later died at 23. My mother is the strongest person I know. I cant even imagine ❤

@@devina1100Both mean the same, empathy. Empathic is just the older version of the word. You can use either.
