Auntie Sorelle is here to save the day! Yes, indeed I am a 'bad' influence some may say because I really do constantly nag and push you to think outside the square in every aspect of your life.
I want you to prosper in photography, art, your careers, your health, your freedom.
One way this week I can try to assist is by sharing with you ways of making money online so that you can become a digital nomad if your heart desires and not rely on your physical location to bring in cash to live.
Yes...that means you can work remotely, from wherever you want to in the world, OR just work from home so you can spend more time with your loved ones instead of commuting to work.
I KNOW a lot of people will have severe restrictions to this topic and drop excuse, after excuse as to why THEY can't do it, and some will be offended and even take stabs at me because of this.
It seems strange, you try to help open up this reality to people and sometimes, the pain of their current situation hurts too much to believe it could be different.
But it can be. If you work really hard and smart, stumble a lot, probably fail a lot on your journey, but all in all, it is possible.
I just didn't take no for an answer. No handouts, no money from parents, no excuses - just study, implementing, refining, until it all worked.
If you learned the current skills you now have for your work, or even to just ride a bicycle, just understand that making money online is also a process. You follow certain steps, if it's not working, you adjust and keep going.
Anyway...you get the point I hope by now - it's all possible.
If you believe you can, or even if you're willing to prove yourself wrong, you can do it.

Listen Sorelle, you're a great content creator. Your style of photography/filmmaking truly stands out and serves as inspiration to a lot of people (myself included) and I'm all for the message of positivity you're trying to spread with your content. But there is a point when you need to realize that a lot of people don't have the opportunity to follow their dreams. You claim they "drop excuse, after excuse" however the sad reality is that some people have a lot of weight to carry on their shoulders. I've read comments on your videos and personally know people who have some sort of sickness or a relative who is sick and the only way to cover medical bills is working a crappy undesirable job. Those people don't have the luxury of dropping whatever they're doing in order to dedicate several months or even years to building the life they desire because in doing so they'd be putting someone else's life at risk. Others have children, elderly parents and just families in general who's day to day survival hinges on the income that a shitty 9-5 job provides. As cliche as it might sound, they have mouths to feed and bills to pay and taking the time to develop an online business or whatever other kind of dream job they're after just isn't worth risking the lives of those who depend on them to provide. I hope this next part doesn't get interpreted incorrectly, but I feel as though your rapid growth both in terms of your channel and instagram page have got you riding a wave of "If I managed to pick myself up from a low point in my life, ABSOLUTELY eveyone can and should" it's an emotional high that makes you incredibly optimistic and hopeful (which is why so many people look up to you) but at the same time it's inhibiting your ability to look at things objectively. Sorry for the long comment, even though I highly doubt you'll ready it. I meant no disrespect with anything of what I said, I just feel talking to some of the people "dropping excuses" might open your eyes up to a reality that someone else sees and you don't.

Just got a logo made for my brand and am getting ready to launch my own mer-merch, *SO SCARED!!!* But, miserable is no way to live and I'm not happy with my current 11-7 job. Yeah I like the entertainment aspect of this video, I make a $100k a year online with affiliate marketing and did learn a few things in this video.

Absolutely loved this, Sorelle. I have been stuck for a few years trying to figure out what to do with my skills and maybe a bit afraid to take the leap. I’m using some time now to pay debt, and educate myself in how I can make more money- or possibly if I’ll need to move elsewhere to give myself a better chance. I receive a lot of backlash that being 28 and still having “dreams” is unrealistic.. but I now have a cubicle job and I’m like.. I knew I would hate this because there’s so much more to life! I definitely don’t want to remain there. I at least want to see the world and try first. I love your videos. The info you give in this one is really good and appropriate for people who need it. My only issue sometimes with your message is, that you tend to go in one direction of "following one's dream". My dream has always been to become a teacher and that's what I am doing right now. It's perfectly fine to spread the idea of following a dream, BUT you tend to do more of " follow your dream online thing" and sometimes sugarcoat the perception of the online life. I hope you get my point of view, even though it's a bit confusing 😅🙈
