I have literally watched all your new new videos in the past few days. I have the Nuna Pipa, but he is growing and now needs a new car seat. Thank you for all your videos as it is very helpful in making my decision to stay on the Nuna trail. I hope to purchase the Rava and the Nuna travel stroller soon.
Helpful video. Thanks for that. It would be easier to see what you are doing if your graphic didn't pop up right on top of the thing you are directing our attention to. I get that you are advertising your page, no worries there, but the timing was challenging.
My son is 7 months old and he cries in his new seat which is the Nuna Rava car seat. He doesn’t seem to have a lot of back support. It looks like he sinks into to his seat.
Why is the seat belt better than the latch attachments for car seat installation? You mentioned it in this video that after a certain weight the seat belt only is a better option for installation?
The Rava can only be used with the latch system up to 35 lbs. Also, each car has a specific amount of weight allowed for their latch system as well (the weight limits for a car’s latch system is combined, meaning you have to consider the weight of the car seat and the weight of your child.) Because of the latch weight limit, it can make more sense to just go ahead and get a good install using the seatbelt. However, if your child isn’t reaching the rava’s latch weight limit soon and you’ve checked your car’s user manual for their weight limit, the latch install is as safe as the seatbelt. I know you asked this a long time ago, but just want to leave this in case somebody else needs to know.
@@cbporadon’t use convertible car seats in your child’s first year. Infant car seats are much preferred. I grabbed the Pipa lite and it, despite being a bit expensive, is wonderful because of comfort and lack of weight.
Am I missing where the level bar is located on this car seat or is that not included on this seat? Also, the recline level-just preference or are they dependent on weight?
Hi Marina! The Rava does not have a level indicator. It has 5 recline positions in rear facing and 5 in forward facing. You can choose which position works best for you and your little one.
Hi Amidral! It depends on which features are most important for you. Book a consultation with us and we can go over all your options : www.mbeans.com/pages/consultations
Hi Ally! Our videos are NOT installation videos! We simply show the mechanics of installation for demonstration purposes only so that people can understand how the car seat works. We always recommend following the manufacturer's instructions for installation and checking with a Child Passenger Safety Technician to ensure your car seat is installed correctly.
@@MagicBeansVideos i believe it. I'm sure its a thing, its just hard for me to understand. Ie 'how difficult could it be??' Now if only i could find one that swivels, 0-65lb, smart sensor, merino wool, fire retardant ... looking at Nuna Rava Will reach out to you guys for Magic Beans consultation. Do you guys have a brick and mortar we can visit?
Appreciate you man, ive watched dozens of your videos. you make shopping for the baby so much easier

Do you have a video on new Rava? Have heard it is difficult to release belt since it is now covered.
Love our Rava! We have the Lake color and it’s beautiful. So easy to install with the seatbelt
It really is!
Did you start off with this one?
@@SS-lb5dk I had the Graco 4Ever DLX first. Still have and love it, but loooove the Rava!

Thoughts on what’s better- top tether or load leg for car seats?☺️
Both are great additional safety features. The safest car seat is the one that is installed correctly!
Is it safe to use the Nuna Rava for a newborn?
i have the same question!

@@MagicBeansVideos Thanks!
In Canada, the rear facing only has 1 position option
How much clearance is needed front to back when the seat is fully reclined?
That depends on the angle of your vehicle seats! If you are able to visit one of our stores we would recommend testing it out in your car.
Do you sell and ship to 🇨🇦?
We do not :(
Which car seat is the best ? Budget $800

Do you know why my NUNA RAVA’s rear facing recliner settings has only one option (one small box), as opposed to having 5 like most other RAVA’s?
I’ve never heard of that? Eli
In Canada we only have 1 recline option.
Until what age kid can use that?
Kids usually outgrow the Rava in height before they outgrow it in weight. Typically, kids reach the 49 inch height limit at around 6 years old.
Would you say this is better/safer than the uppababy Knox?
It’s been on the market for longer, but unfortunately crash test ratings are not required to be published so most companies don’t make them public.
What color is this?
Hi Lana! This is the Granite 😍
I wish there was a discount code
So do we!
On sale w the Nordstrom anniversary sale!
@@thekellanlutzfan Thanks to you!! Got mine yesterday
why don't you do a Nuna Tres review??
The Nuna Tres isn't available in the United States so we can't review it.
If it talks and walks like a duck……. This is definitely an installation video!
This felt so chaotic 😅😅

Hi Yania! You should check out this video from The Car Seat Lady! It is a great resource. th-cam.com/video/UWyXim6bNnw/w-d-xo.html
You guys need to delete the old video that doesn't mention locking the seatbelt. That one came up in a search before this one and is so dangerous.

Hi there! Not all car seats are created equal. Some are certainly more difficult than others.
