Be sure to research the crash test ratings of the carseats you are considering. Some of these shown in the video I was excited about until I looked into this. I was shocked. Cybex for the win.
Just FYI I've heard the Nuna Pipa car seat base is not adjustable for angle of the car seat. They tell people to roll up a towel or pool noodle to get the right angle.. that just seems sketchy & not safe.
its also heavy af with a baby. they dont mention that if a 15lb baby would equal 30lbs total for the whole thing. if you arent working out, this isnt the stroller for you
I have the doona and we absolutely love it. My baby is 18 months old, 27 pounds and we still using it. It’s so handy, so easy and comfortable. I don’t know what we’re do when he outgrew it. Also if you carpool, Uber or travel often the doona comes very handy
Just don’t forget that there are three limits to outgrow: weight, height (I think 32”), or less than 1” above the head! That said, my cousin’s daughter is tiny and definitely still would’ve fit at your child’s age as well lol.
My son has the keyfit 35 with clear tex and I do like it but my son does get hot every easy and he always needs the ac on full blast because he will sweat and get upset because he gets hot in it and it's heavy for me I'm 5'2 115lbs but the stroller attachment is awesome very easy to pop open
Hi. If I go with convertible, would it attach to the strollers and when I take the baby from the hospital, I would have to carry the whole big convertible seat around the hospital?

Just watched this with some other CPST friends. There is a lot of incorrect information in this video. It’s a good way to get names in your head, but please be careful where you get legitimate car seat information.
Unfortunately they aren’t. Only infant car seats are compatible with strollers 😊 The Mesa v2 and Mesa max are really nice options that are new to the market since late last year. A few other car seats are compatible with adapters for the vista, like the Nuna, Clek, Chicco, cybex, peg perego and maxi cosi. I’m not sure if there are any other compatible. Hope this helps!

The Doona is terrible. Makes me question the legitimacy of this list because that car seat/stroller has way more flaws than one might expect. 1. HEAVY (easily 30 pounds total depending on your baby) 2. Doesn’t grow with baby 3. No cargo net or cup holder 4. Bad latch design with its base Much much more but i’ll leave it at that.
I’ve only seen first 42s of this video and I’m horrified! 🫣 the only suitable category for newborns is 0-13kg (29lbs), the britax car seat is up till 18kg (40lbs) rearfacing. The baby need to be sitting without falling for at least 2 months before it goes to this type of carseat 😩
It’s different in the US. Most convertible seats are tested and totally safe to use from birth! Not all seats will fit all babies from birth, but it’s always important to remember how different car seats are in different countries. - child passenger safety technician

It’s just great for convenience! It’s what I’m using now for infant stage and for age 1 I will be going to the #7 firmer car seat it’s great!!!!

Are the 360 seat’s compatible with the Uppababy Vista?
Unfortunately they aren’t. Only infant car seats are compatible with strollers 😊
