Hi. I boosted a post on my Facebook page. I paid for the boost and I was debited but the payment and the post is not reflecting in my manage ads on the page. It has only been 30 minutes..what do I do. The payment was successful but the post has not been boosted

Hi bro.. I added on my facebook ad account using this method on your video. I’ve been debited on my bank account already but the ad isn’t delivering. I check from the ads manager, it said *we weren’t able to place a temporary hold on your card* after I’ve been debited.. the money isn’t in my bank account anymore, it’s only showing on the prepaid balance but then adverts are not getting delivered bc the temporary isn’t successful
