hello, i have ad account permenantly restricted,and my admin account is not verified, when i submitted the ID it was rejected message: could not confirm your identity,
i submitted again my ID but they still dont accept it, i also have an old account that i can transfer my page to it, but its not verifyed and it says the error: the name on your photo id doesn't match your name on your facebook account.
should it chane my fb profile name and send again?

Main account is restricted as I accidentally uploaded my drivers license which was out of date (didn’t know at the time) instant restriction on my account - can’t post ads on any of my business accounts now - how tf do I contact Facebook? Hi Jason this video is very helpful. My Business Manager was hacked (I was also hacked through an employee in 2019 but we were able to start again) while I was overseas and I was unable to receive login codes for most of a month. The one time I was able to get in I added a Facebook partner to run ads but didn't realise I was restricted as I hadn't received any notification that I couldn't advertise at all (I only knew my marketing manager who got hacked was restricted).
As a result my Ads Account was disabled and restricted. I am now in the process of a review with Meta Support where one guy has been trying to help by submitting my review request personally as it seems I have made errors trying to restore my account as well as my location issue.
I haven't heard back yet and living in limbo waiting for an assessment. My question is if I am permanently restricted does all support shut down and my assets are unable to be used? It has now been over a month without advertising and most of my sales are generated by Facebook and the Ads account

In short: Ad account got hacked, they ran illegal ads, Ad account restricted, Its not permanent restriction. But its under review from last year. I have no place to contact fb support to tell them that they review my request

Now I should support small local sport team for event and make them campaings but I cannot run any ads. Got about 10-12 pages under the business manager. What are my options?
