One small stumbling issue we faced was the following: Full permissions were given to us by the client on a page, ad account and pixel. These assets are all connected on the client's side, but they don't show as such on our own Business Manager; on the Ad account / Connected Assets area we see that "No assets have been connected yet" despite having connected that ad account with the associated pixel. In fact, our own BM gives us the option to connect these assets again. Any idea why this would be the case, and whether we should go ahead and connect agani the Ad Account with the Pixel? Any help would be so much appreciated. Thank you!

Can someone explain why an agency should or should not have an access to the pixel? I guess an agency should check the performance of the page - including ad account, pixel and the page itself. Only this way allows an agency to be sure that the page and all assets are set up properly, which finally has impact on agency's performance. Right?
