For Olimar, why tf does whistle have armor on frame 2, make the current pikmin take damage or even straight up just die, he gets an escape option with low endlag at the cost of his pikmin. No pikmin, no armor

My Steve nerf would be 1 of 2 things 1) Mining is way more committal, Mining can only be cancelled when you pull diamonds and goes through a lengthy endlag when you try to cancel before diamonds. 2) Steve can't call Table to him, Table stays at spawn and can not be interacted with, the opponent can't destroy it, Steve can't destroy it. Table spawns on Steve's spawn and never moves.
I've always said this but they really really should rework little mac's KO punch, instead they should take the punch out star punch mechanic it would be great, instead of charging a meter to one hit KO someone with he should be able to get a star everytime he parries an attack and hits right after, that would make it so whenever they do a smash attack next, they use the star and the attack is significantly stronger, they can have up to 3 stars like punch out and the more star there is the stronger the smash attack becomes, if little mac gets hit he loses one star, I don't know how that woule go in practice but I'm thinking it would be more interesting since now Little mac will have to think about when they use their smash attacks instead of spamming them and also they'll have to outplay their opponent with a parry and then hit them (otherwise if its just a parry it wont give a star)

The Yoshi uptilt complaint is not completely accurate. That move does not hit low profiles from the front, like it can't even scoop Mario from the front unless he jumps into it. The hitbox does not match the animation (it starts at like a 60 degree angle up and to the right of Yoshi, after the white swoosh has already started), so the only way to actually hit small characters is to pivot tilt it, which effectively makes it slower, unless you're fighting someone really tall (like DK or ZSS).
Even though no one will see this, little Mac should definitely lose a little bit of his bar for getting hit, but don’t need or get rid of ko punch. This rewards players for not getting hit by giving them a strong move.

Dang, gun makes joker expressiv. Its so optional, not obviously and consistently strong, but conditionally very useful. I can admit that down gun to try and cheese folks with weak recoveries is lame, but gun can be cool, catch ppl off guard. You can make it the safest move joker has (-4 with correct timing) but it also makes joker weirdly floaty, which makes varying the timing on fair1 (a cool starter for true combos or interesting strings) easier. You dont even have to have frame advantage, people take time to react to the fact that their option was interrupted by a tiny bullet. The so called "mental frames". Dont take my guns, i know my rights

Luigi is the only character in the game I actively stop trying to fight. It's just 0 to deaths over and over again. It just socks.
