How to Remove Question marks in the Duration Column in ms project

Question marks is not removing in the duration column??

Well ideally each task has its own duration so as soon as you update its duration, the question mark will go away or you can import the data from excel. One trick is to select the enter a duration and drag it to the remaining tasks, it will remove the ? However in this case the durations will become same
