Ingredients for - खमंग चकली ची भाजनी
---------------------------------------------------------
Rice - (Basmati Broken) - 4 bowl (1kg)
Chickpeas /chana dal - 1 bowl (250gm)
Moong dal - 1 bowl (200gm)
urad dal - 1 bowl (200gm)
flattened rice /poha - 1 bowl (150gm)
sago/ sabudana - 100 to 150gm
Coriander seeds - 3 tbls (70 gm)
Cumin seeds -2 tbls ( 50gm)
ajwain - 2 tbls
oil - 3/4 bowl (120ml)
seasame seeds - 3-4 tbls (70 to 80 gm)
