    Made the carrots, chicken, sauce for noodles (used some mushrooms in place of some of the peppers; subbed in zucchini noodles because we don't care for spaghetti squash), and this morning made the protein pancakes. The pancakes are amazing! 🙌🏽👍🏽 Thank you!!

    thank you for sharing! I've known about my Celiac for 24 yrs, for the first maybe 10 yrs I did meal planning... prep & now I'm 52 yrs old, I went thru 'the change' LOL I am so lazy w it! UGH! so I'm hoping ur post will give me some motivation! pls keep sharing : )

      Lori Arnold I’m 13 and found out I have Celiac about 10 months ago it was hard at first,cause going to restaurant,hanging out with friends,sleepover,birthday party’s,etc and most of the time they don’t have gluten free foods at party’s and friends house since they don’t need them.I usually bring my own food so I have something to actually eat do you have any tips,food ideas,snacks?.I also can’t have dairy which is another struggle and I’m kind of a picky eater so the struggle is very real for me to find food to eat.

      Aamna Mohammed hey! I can completely agree with you! I’m not Celiac but I do have an intolerance to gluten! I found it very hard because my whole life I ate gluten until a couple months ago! I am 15 now! I always google how to make gluten free things like bread, croissants, pancakes cos I love trying out new things and baking 😊 I’m also vegetarian so I struggle with meals too x

      This is actually really cheap. Turkey is waaay cheaper, eggs are less than a dollar, cashews r a little up there 8 bucks for me, veggies are pretty cheap, oats are like nothing, especially if u shop at Aldi's and lidls...super cheap

    The breakfast looks so yummy! But I literally can only eat two pancakes and maybe one of those egg muffins and MAYBE the strawberry. 3 pancakes and 2 egg muffins would be too much for me. I am going to try to slash all the recipes in half for sure! Great video

    Both gluten and dairy free with several food allergies, beef, peanuts, cod, oats, barley, corn. Not a cook so not sure what or how to fix meals. Please HELP!😁

      Try with several types of rice, buckwheat (it's gluten free), potatoes. I have a similar situation, my typical meal is rice or potatoes with some chicken or turkey and vegetables. I can eat some lactose-free cheese, it's a good option where vegan products are pretty expensive and/or have still questionable taste..or are made with highly allergenic products such as soy or nuts. Also chestnut flour can be used to prepare gnocchi and cookies, cakes and so on.

    Did you follow your pancake directions to make or just decided to add this stuff this way? Trying to see if I make it just like this or follow my pancake mix directions and just add the protein mix as normal or follow these directions exactly.

    How is the meal dairy free if you use eggs. I am looking for recipes that are gluten dairy and soy free. I was so happy when I stumbled on yours bit was disappointed when you used eggs...am I missing something here? Eggs are dairy are they not?

      "Eggs are not a dairy product. ... Basically, it refers to milk and any food products made from milk, including cheese, cream, butter, and yogurt. On the contrary, eggs are laid by birds, such as hens, ducks, and quail. Birds are not mammals and don't produce milk."

    How are there 0g protein in a meal with ground beef? Good recipe ideas but I think the nutritional information for these are completely inaccurate.

      No anything that can be made from the milk of a mammal is considered dairy. Eggs are fine for lactose intolerance unless you also happen to have an egg allergy

      A spaghetti squash costs $2-3 and she got five servings out of that. A lb of cashews is about $6.99 in the bulk section making it $.43 per ounce. Healthy food costs money but these meals are economical and much cheaper than Subway or whatever! I don't get all of the complaining.

      My son has Celiac and some cooking sprays are safe you have to call the manufacturer to find out which ones. I know Pam olive oil spray and pam coconut oil spray are okay (that's what we use)
