Try looking up Graham’s Hierarchy of Disagreement. It is essentially a ranking for the value of a disagreement or argumentation. At worst, you have name calling. Then, only slightly better, you have Ad Hominem. This is where a person's character or authority is attacked as a means to discredit their argument. This is childish, and achieves nothing.

@@emandm1822 Try being specific about what you disagree with instead of resorting to an attack on personality and authority. Even more so when it involves assumptions which may not be true. I am an avid rock climber and have done in excess of 200 pull ups a day (sets of either 10 or 20 depending). I generally do fewer push ups because they are less necessary for me, but make sure I meet or exceed the average (about 25). This is completely besides the point anyway. A body builder that can do far more push ups may be taking steroids, which is unhealthy (liver damage, cardiovascular issues, hormonal imbalance, etc). There are many more aspects to health than exercise and physical abilities. This is not to say that exercise isn't important, just that it is not a sole signifier of health or someone's knowledge of health. I am also not suggesting that Bill Gates is an expert when it comes to health, but merely that if you disagree with something you should be more constructive and actually formulate your disagreement rather than resorting to meaningless squabble.
