Great video! Thank you! In my CTC I am using a 1500W induction stove witha good pure sine 1000W inverter. The trick is to reduce power from 9 to 6-7 when you turn it on. Otherwise inverter will be n its way to shutdown. It is normal, as most inverters have "Startup wattage" which is a bit higher then continuous. e.g. 1kw inverter can tolerate 1.5kw fro several seconds before shutdown. but the beauty of it - renewable energy!

Hi! A goal I have for my cargo trailer is to have enough solar and batts to to cook with electricity. For now I have to put up with burning fossil fuels. Someday... :D
